Decent quality but the sleeves are way…

Decent quality but the sleeves are way too long on the blazer. I'm 5'3 so perhaps I just need petite sizing. Having to pay a tailor to shorten them adds to the overall cost.

"Customer service is wonderful. I accidentally ordered the wrong size dress and was dreading the return process. I called them and a very polite young lady sent the correct size out immediately. Very rare to see this kind of service anymore!"

Be aware this company also operates under Ridge & Walker

I ordered a blouse from a company called Ridge & Walker 2-10-26. The site was very professional & there were no negative reviews anywhere. I was sent a confirmation & a tracking number. The tracking # was for a 3rd party aggregate shipper, there was no movement on the site until Feb 27th. There was no address listed for Ridge & Walker & the phone # was not operational. I was able to contact Customer service thru their email contact who informed me there were delays in shipping. I finally received the blouse 3-9. It was the wrong color & very small. I requested a return per their 'easy returns' web statement. I'm now receiving emails back from Nordisk Flair offering me a replacement or store credit. I informed them I will be disputing my credit card charge. Fingers crossed.

It’s just okay

It’s just okay. I ordered the floral blouse and while the print is pretty, the fabric is thinner than I expected. You definitely need a camisole underneath it.

Lovely trousers but the shipping took

Lovely trousers but the shipping took nearly two weeks. The fit is very flattering on my hips though, so it was worth the wait. Just order well in advance if you need it for a specific date.

Garbage Products, not so “hassle free” returns…

I ordered a flannel shirt for my girlfriend that when it arrived three weeks later looked nothing like the image on their website. It was also of very poor quality. Later I found the exact same shirt on Amazon for half the price. When I reached out to their “support” group I was told that I had two options. Return the item to China at my expense or keep it and get a credit of 75% of the value of my purchase to spend on yet another piece of crap on their website. Then had numerous frustrating back and forth exchanges in which I was given no further instructions on where to actually send the return. Likely because they already knew that the shipping would be more than what I would receive in a refund. Scammers.

They are even fraudulent in their tariff fees to our government. They need stopped!

Bad quality, high price

There is very little product description on their website. When I received the order, the material turned out to be polyester and made in China. When I requested to return it, the support said it's impossible, because the item was on sale, there was no info about it when I was placing the order. Don't waste your money and time, poor quality for high price.

Chinese Junk

The sweater I ordered was not from Scandinavia as the company falsely portrays; it was drop shipped directly from China to me, causing long shipping times. The quality was poor when it arrived and not nearly as nice as pictured on the website, especially for the high pricing. The sizing is way off compared to American sizing so make sure to triple check the size chart to see if it will fit you. My normal size was far from fitting me, I would have had to go up three sizes, and unless you want to pay a high shipping cost to ship back to China, you cannot return it.

Do not do it!

The item was not even close to what was described. I was expecting a sweater with elbow patches and leather like material around the neck.

What i got was a shiny shirt with a sweaterish print. Cartoonish edging and comical brown patches. Because the item wa so sale, still $55, I cant get a refund. I could opt for store credit, why would I do that?

Zero! ZERO stars for the scammer company. I recently purchased a men’s wool sweater with shoulder patches. On sale it said from $100-49.00. So I purchased one as a gift. Upon receiving and unwrapping, the item was actually just a t-shirt with the printed image of a sweater on it. So I starter the process of asking for a refund. First they offered half of my money back and I keep the item. NO I said. I wanted a full refund. They continued to tell me rather than going to all the trouble of returning it I should just keep the item and get 50% of my money back. I said I don’t really mind the trouble, I just want my money back this item was falsely advertised. They continued to try to talk me out of needing a full refund. It was only after I insisted again and again and again, finally, I was told that I would get a full refund once my item was returned. They sent me a return label. When I tried to open the return label it was a fraudulent link that wouldn’t take me anywhere. So then I contacted them yet again about this issue only now told me they could only offer me 50% of my money back. So then I continue to argue with them saying they already had offered me my full refund and had to send them a screenshot of the actual image showing it. This company is a complete scam nothing but problems from the very beginning I would never in 1 million years order from this place again and I would suggest you not either. They should really be put out of business. I finally got the return form. I have to pay for the shipping, of course. Here is their address should you need it.…

The quality of the merchandiseis poor

The quality of the merchandiseis poor. The color and detailing of the item you receive is different from the website pictures. When I contacted customer service because I received a red jacket and not a burgundy jacket as I ordered, they told me it could not be returned because it was on sale. They offered me compensation if I bought a new item which of course I have no intention of doing. And beware they ship from China so you will pay an exorbitant postal fee if you decide to return something

My truthful opinion.

The material was the cheapest quality I have ever seen, not flannel or near flannel. Color was not as seen in picture. Inner liner not sewn together, It was melted together. This company should be banned from US sales.

Received a piece of garbage sweater with supposed elbow patches which turned out to be printed on the forearms not elbows( lol)$54 trash that they won’t take back only give $75 store credit!! I wouldn’t buy anything from this company and suggest you don’t either!

Don’t spend your money here!

First they sent the wrong item, the wrong color, and the wrong size. Then they sent another item, it did not look like the pictures.Long wait times and crappy customer service. Very frustrating to deal with.
