Chinese Drop Shipping

I really like the strap, its comfortable, easy to fit and use and the battery does add additional play time. However, it nowhere near adds the time claimed, I maybe get an additional hour or so from continuous use, nowhere near the 6 hours claimed

I dislike the fact the battery cant be removed. Lying down and watching Netflix or other services is now uncomfortable due to the additional bulge on the back of your head and if you want to swap it out for the older strap, it means dismantling the whole thing which is a pain.

My main annoyance is yet again, they are another company that are drop shipping items from China. The tracking showed it came from a Chinese factory and it took a while to arrive.....but worst of all, you can buy an identical version on Aliexpress for £29.80. So I spent £75 for a product that was more than likely from the same factory but nearly 3x the price

Order there product 18 days ago. They took my money but no delivery. Coming from China and they claim its now at my local delivery person.... who ever that is??? which they don't mention. That was 3 days ago. Tried to contact them but???? no phone number. When I fill out the contact e-mail thing, it doesn't do anything. Never delivery it. Beware. I'm going to contact my credit card peopel and try to cancel the payment. Probably too late.

Bad customer service

Purchased a battery pack head strap for quest 2 on 11th Jan meanwhile I found that my Quest 2 was broken so had no reason to even unpack my purchase when it arrived. contacted company twice via email to ask to process a return . I have had no feedback back which is very disappointing as it states on return pick to contact them directly .

Some Uncertain Marketing

Product seems good, no issue with it yet. I do have some concern over their marketing practices. COuld be just my experience, but heads up for others to watch for.
1 - Signed up for the 5% discount offered if you sign up for their email marketing campaign. Never received the code to utilize it on my order. Support says to check my spam (everyone knows to check spam), but not there. No other support beyond that.
2 - Express shipping for the additional $2.99 does not make your delivery faster. It should be express processing ... they send the order out for fulfillment that day instead of waiting (?) to send at some later date. I guess if the order is fulfilled faster, you'll get it faster ... might save a day or two (depending on how long they sit on "normal" orders.
3 - Order was delivered to the wrong address (went to my neighbour's). Received notification that order was delivered, but I could not find it obviously. Asked support to look into where the delivery was. They responded with expect two to three weeks delivery. The question wasn't about when to expect delivery, the question was to check into where the carrier delivered. Luckily my neighbour brought it over, but was disappointed customer support hadn't actually read my message to provide an appropriate response.
4 - Product came with a 10% off next order coupon enclosed. Went to buy a carrying case (to take advantage of a quickly expiring sale) but the coupon code provided was invalid. No response with customer support when seeking assistance.

Sadly, these experiences make me apprehensive about their business practices despite what I think are pretty good products.

I ordered prescription lenses for my Meta Quest 3 and the service has been exceptional. Great customer contact and very informative. I haven’t received my order yet but not expecting it yet. Just wanted to highlight the great customer service from Dannie. Thank you.

SCam Headset ---they buy generic , cheap shit of ALi Express and put there brand on it ,

I purchased 2 headset and one didnt work at all , the other worked fine but the battery ran out extremely fast , not as advertised ,

I purchased the black quest 3 comfort…

I purchased the black quest 3 comfort strap with battery pack in April 2024. For 2 months I used the battery strap with the Quest 3 with no issues. It worked great and the kids loved it. The battery strap stopped working in June 2024 and no longer charged the quest 3. I immediately contacted Nord Quest VR with my order information on June 2nd 2024 and request for a replacement. However, I never heard back from Nord Labs. I ultimately ended up getting a Meta Quest battery pack. I would’ve loved to use the Nord Lab battery pack as it was comfortable and was great while it worked!

Paid for 2 day shipping it took 10 days…

Paid for 2 day shipping it took 10 days so a waste of money there. Claims 6 hour battery is vliser to 2 hours. The stand falls it's not balance well at all

Battery life is very good but….

Battery life is very good but piece that fits on the back of the head is comfortable but is always coming off and needs to be adjusted almost every time I use the headset.

Unusable

Bought a battery headset.. for quest 3 iv not been using it long. But can no longer use it, due to watching a movie it gets way to hot. So now unusable. So don't waste money on it.

first I was very satisfy with the unit

first I was very satisfy with the unit, very comfortable, but after finding out that the battery did not last as advertise ( no more than 1 hrs and half). I was requested to submit picture with date and time to show how long the battery last. after several communication it was determined that the battery did not last as advertise. I received a replacement unit, and the same thing happens. I requested a return for both units and was told that I would have to cover the cost of the return.

Ordered prescription lens2 weeks ago still no sign of them so missed sons birthday.Ordered 1st Sept arrived 17th which they say is in the delivery time scale of 14 working days.Son seems happy with them....time will tell.

Comfort straps with battery

I ordered two comfort straps with batteries for the Quest 3 and 3S. They’re lightweight and adjustable, and the battery pack gives me extra gaming hours. The only downside is that the head plate at the back tends to come out quite often.

I'd love to be able to review this…

I'd love to be able to review this product however I paid for it 2 months ago and I still have not received the head strap. I have complained several times. I've been told that it takes up to 15 business days to arrive then when we passed that time frame i was told to just be patient all kinds of things can delay delivery. The company is doing nothing to correct the issue they have even sent emails asking how I like the new head strap that has not arrived. This headstrap could whisper compliments into my ear while massaging my temples and it would still not be worth this hassle.
