Myself and my partner used this company for our conveyancing but do not recommend them at all. Maybe we were unlucky with who we got acting for us but we found them very slow to respond to enquiries and often ignored emails completely. Not very friendly or efficient and needed to be chased constantly to get anything progressed. We actually ended up having to obtain some of the information ourselves as they were so slow to carry out instructions and we almost lost our property at one point as the other solicitor was so frustrated by their lack of communication that seller wanted to pull out. Our friends also used them and had similar issues. Avoid the stress and find a better company that cares about providing a good service and not just taking your money.
