I ordered a custom-made dress from this boutique for €1,400 because I trusted their work and expected a high standard of craftsmanship and finishing.

Overall, the design of the dress is nice, and I appreciate the work that went into it. However, after receiving the dress, I noticed two major issues. First, the train was visibly uneven and asymmetrical. My concern has never been that the two layers were left separate, but that the edge itself looked irregular and showed visible scissor cut marks, making it appear unfinished rather than professionally completed. Second, the additional bra cups that were added at my request for more volume were visible from the outside because ( they where beige and too big and the dress is red) instead of being properly integrated underneath the fabric.

I travelled from Austria and deliberately took the longer route through Kosovo because I wanted to avoid exactly these kinds of problems. I wanted to collect the dress in person, attend the fitting, and make sure everything was finished properly before my event. During the fitting, we even told the team several times that we were not in a hurry and that they could take all the time they needed. We were happy to go for breakfast and come back later if necessary. However, they repeatedly assured us that only a few small adjustments were left, that it would take just another 5–10 minutes, and that we should simply wait.

After those final adjustments, the dress was packed and handed over to me. There was no final fitting once everything had been completed. Since the dress was already packaged, I had no reason to ask them to unpack it again. I trusted that a €1,400 custom-made dress had been properly finished and checked before being handed over. I had no reason to expect that the train would be left visibly uneven or that the additional cups would be visible from the outside.

When I contacted the boutique afterwards, I explained my concerns and sent photos. Unfortunately, their response focused almost entirely on explaining why the two layers of the train were intentionally left separate. However, that was never my complaint. My actual concern—that the train itself was uneven, asymmetrical and appeared unfinished—was never really addressed.

What disappointed me even more was that I was repeatedly told that I had been present during the fitting, as if the responsibility lay with me. I simply cannot agree with that. A customer should not be expected to point out that a train is visibly uneven or appears unfinished. That is something I believe should be identified and corrected by the atelier before a custom-made dress is packed and handed over. For me, that is a basic part of professional quality control. thats what i thought they would do when they took the dress for alterations.

I also explained that I now have only a few days before my event and have to find another professional tailor to correct these issues at my own expense. I was not asking for a full refund. I initially requested a partial refund of €200 and even offered to compromise and accept €150 as a goodwill gesture to help cover part of the correction costs. Unfortunately, this was refused completely.

What disappointed me most was not only the final result but also the lack of willingness to find a fair solution. As an international customer, I was left with the feeling that, once I had returned home, my concerns were no longer taken seriously because it would be much more difficult for me to pursue the matter from abroad.

I am writing this review to honestly share my experience. for €1,400 I expected clean finishing, proper quality control before delivery, and customer service that values customer satisfaction. Sadly, that was not my experience.

اخذت من عندهم فستان لملكتي و من بداية التواصل معاهم الين مابعد وصل الفستان وهم في تواصل معايا و رد سريع. مره دقيقين بموضوع المقاسات و قبل مايرسلون الفستان يصورونه اذا تمام ولا تبغين تعدلين شي. الفستان كله كان كورسيه و يحلي الجسم بشكل مو طبيعي. التجربه كلها كانت اكثر من الرائعه

Working with Norok Couture was truly one of the BEST experiences I’ve ever had. They created my bridal shower dress completely from scratch, and somehow made the entire process feel so easy, exciting, and stress-free from start to finish.

Not only was the dress absolutely stunning and beyond my expectations, but the quality and detail for the price was honestly incredible. Every little detail was done so beautifully, and you can genuinely feel how much love and care they put into their work.

They were also some of the kindest, warmest, and most welcoming people I’ve ever worked with. They communicated so thoughtfully and made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process.

I know ordering internationally can feel intimidating sometimes — especially from the United States — but please trust me when I say my experience with this Kosovo-based company was flawless. My dress arrived so quickly, packaged perfectly, and looked even more beautiful in person.
