This sauna is AWESOME!! Maya and the Norse Steam Team are really amazing to work with.

A sauna turns your garden into a spa oasis. We dabated it for a while but after renovating our house we puleld the trigger and bought a sauna from Norse Steam and Maya. She was always super responsive and helpful throughout the process. Don't kid yourself, getting a really nice sauna is not that easy. Sizing and heating need to be figured out, and so does the building, but we always had a helpful partner on our side. She never upsold us on anything we didn't need, and we got some nice freebies when the sauna was delivered. And now we can really enjoy every moment in our garden.

We purchased the 6 person Dundalk Leisurecraft Georgian sauna, with the Huum Hive Wood 13 stove, and are so happy we did! We grew up using the sauna, so to have one in our backyard again, is such a treat! The instructions for the build were easy to follow, and the customer service from Maya was 10/10! I would definitely buy from them in the future.

We love our sauna! So easy to put together- I (pregnant) was easily able to help my husband put this together. He’s spent many evenings in it and has seen the benefits already. I’ll be enjoying those benefits as soon as I can!

It was the perfect addition to add in while we complete our basement.

Do not believe the fake reviews from family and employees. This company is a sham and ripoff. They are responsive at first to get the sale. Then once the sale is over they will ignore you. They will not stand by their products and will tell you they are just the middle man. If something is wrong with the product or missing you are out of luck. You will get screwed over. Do not buy online, buy local. Stay far away from this company if you want what you actually paid for. They claim to accommodate which is totally false. I changed the original sauna due to poor reviews. They expect you to be nice after being glued and ripped off. I dont live in a world where I am ripped off and lied to.
