Disappointing gift
I ordered these as gifts but the presentation was disappointing as the brownies were in cheap paper bags, inside a box. It looked like the were leftovers from a restaurant meal. The brownies themselves were nice enough but nothing special.

I have had these brownies before and…
I have had these brownies before and they were delicious so I decided to use the company again and ordered two boxes of brownies on Tuesday at a cost of £25 for a special pic-nic on the Friday. It is now Saturday and I have neither received my order or an explanation as to why I haven’t received them. I have sent two emails to the company but have had no response, I have also just phoned them but was not able to leave a message. Please can somebody from the company contact me to explain what’s happened and provide me with a full refund. I would definitely not recommend using this company!

Would not recommend!
I ordered from Northern Brownies having had the company recommended by a friend however I would never use this company again and I would not recommend.
Unfortunately I made a mistake on the order due to an underlying medical condition I have and I put lane as the delivery address instead of drive. When Royal Mail attempted to deliver the cookies the occupier of the address refused delivery as the intended recipient did not live at the address, and these were returned to the company. When I contacted Northern Brownies I found their response unreasonable given the circumstances as they refused to refund any of my money or re- send the cookies. I would never use this company again!
