Choosing to pursue the Phlebotomy Technician program at Northwest Career College has genuinely been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my education and future career, From day one, the environment here has been incredibly supportive, which makes tackling a hands-on, high-stakes medical field feel completely manageable and exciting.

I’m currently a Medical Assistant student at Northwest Career College’s main campus in Las Vegas, and I’ve had a great experience so far. Going into the program, I was nervous about starting a new career path, but the instructors and staff have made the transition much easier than I expected.

The instructors are knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely care about helping students succeed. They take the time to answer questions and make sure everyone understands the material before moving on. I also appreciate that the program includes plenty of hands-on training, which has helped me feel more confident in the skills I’ll need when working in a healthcare setting.

As a veteran using my education benefits, I found the enrollment process straightforward, and the staff was helpful whenever I needed guidance. The program can be challenging at times, but that’s because they’re preparing students for real-world situations and future certification exams.

Overall, I’m glad I chose Northwest Career College for my Medical Assistant training. If you’re considering a career in healthcare and are looking for a supportive learning environment with instructors who genuinely want to see you succeed, I would definitely recommend giving NCC a look.

As a student currently enrolled in the Paralegal Studies program, I believe it is important to raise concerns about the overall quality of instruction and classroom environment.

Students in this program are making a significant financial investment in their education and reasonably expect a professional and effective learning experience. Unfortunately, the instruction provided in this course has not met those expectations.

The classroom environment has frequently been discouraging rather than supportive. There appears to be inconsistent treatment of students, and when concerns or questions are raised, they are sometimes characterized as disrespectful rather than addressed constructively. This creates an atmosphere where students may feel hesitant to speak up or seek clarification on the material.

In addition, there have been ongoing issues related to communication and the handling of technical difficulties during instruction, which further affects the learning experience.

The purpose of this feedback is not simply to criticize, but to highlight concerns that impact the quality of education students are receiving. Students deserve an environment where instruction is clear, respectful, and focused on helping them succeed in their studies.

I hope the program will review these concerns and consider steps to improve the learning environment and instructional approach for current and future students.

This is an amazing family oriented school. They always have your back if you’re looking for an amazing career with people that will help you along the way no matter the issues are obstacles you stand in front of they will have your back 110%.

A very welcoming and communicative college. The school is clean and inviting, the staff is kind and helpful and the teachers are willing to help and make sure you understand the material. Everyone wants to help you succeed and it shows. Absolutely wonderful!!

Joining the Family Northwest Career College "The best decision I ever made"
Although I was initially scared at first going back to school, after being out of school for decade, I was pleasantly surprised of ease in transition that I experienced. During my first day in school, everyone are so friendly and helpful. As a Pharmacy Technician student, the class is very accommodating building the basic foundation from entry level and the class schedules works really well for a busy mom like myself. I can't wait to graduate and start my new career in pharmacy.

I am extremely excited that I am almost done. This has been the best experience ever. And in the process I gained another family.

Northwest career college is the best vocational college!! They give you real life experience and so far are non judgemental with any concerns you may have. Whether it may be an issue or having with your school work or something else, they're personable to your needs! So glad I came back to the Northwest team and to be apart of the family.

This is such an amazing school!! I previously went to a school that shut down without any warning a couple months before my graduation date. I had student loans and transfer credits that I was told couldn’t even be transferred to most schooIs. I wasn’t sure where to go or who to turn to. Northwest sat with me took the time to go over all my paper work, student loans and credits and worked me into their program so I didn’t have to start all over again! They are an amazing support team and have been there for me every step of the way! Now that I look back I’m so happy I got the opportunity to attend Northwest I’ve learned so much and have a forever home. Thank you NCC you are truly changing lives!!!

So far ive been loving this college. They all help you achieve. They want us all to succeed and they do everything possible to help you.

I love this school! I have completed my first six weeks and into my next and already I have learned so much! I wish I would have known about this school and all that they do for us when I graduated high school!

Everywhere you go there will be some negatives but the good is what makes it a good experience. The passionate teachers like Ms. Barb and Lance make this school enjoyable!
