If I had a pound for every thing wrong with this place I'd almost be as rich as the owners.

Worst management I've ever experienced. Rude, and very clear that money is the only priority here

I went to Norwich Spinal Health clinic having suffered a lower back injury which was causing severe pain and immobility. After eight weeks treatment from Gareth I am now pain free and playing golf again .
Gareth’s treatment has been brilliant and all the staff have been so friendly and helpful.
As a 74 year old with Parkinson’s Disease I feared that I would never be back pain free but Gareth’s treatment has been fantastic.

This is where happiness goes to die.

Firstly I will start by saying the staff in this centre are incredible. Their team of CAs and particularly their osteomyologists, are some of the most hard working and ambitious people I have ever met, and they deserve better!
My complaint lies not with the staff themselves, the treatment received or even the environment of the centre. My complaint lies with the management.
Neil, a Chiropractor who has lost all caring for the profession and is solely led by his wife Rosemary, a woman no heart, is both artistic in devious tactics, emotionally blind to anyone but herself.
-They beat down their staff members, demeaning opinions they may have and convincing them that any stresses they experience are entirely their own faults.
-They work them ridiculous hours for pathetically low pay.
-They have forced staff members to cancel medical appointments, so as not to lose themselves any money.
-They lied to patients when the lead Chiropractor had COVID, so as not to lose any money.
-They force staff members to always cover each others shifts meaning with 20-30 days holiday, made up by covering 20-30 days of others holiday, they never actually receive any time off. Also resulting in working several 10hr days in a row, usually 6 days a week, and that's before even mentioning the additional spinal screen hours they put all their practitioners through.
-They refuse to pay out of their own pockets for anything, resulting in making practitioners do cleaning, and on what was meant to be a training day, making them do the gardening too.

All in all, it's a shambles. Do not put your hard earned pennies to people like this. They don't deserve it.

I was unable to walk more than 20 minutes without severe pain by the time I looked up Norwich Spinal Health. For 3 years I had been told by the GP it was "wear and tear" and nothing could be done about it. Thanks to Neil at Norwich Spinal Health I can now walk as long as I want and it literally feels I can live my life again as I want to. I would recommend to anyone experiencing back problems not to hesitate going to Norwich Spinal Health. I wish I had not waited the 3 years!

My friend recommended Norwich Spinal Health after watching me struggle round the golf course for weeks. I went with a long term back problem, a painful arthritic knee joint & a shoulder injury - quite a list!
Following a thorough assessment treatment started & I felt the benefit after the second session. Six weeks later my back pain is almost nonexistent, my shoulder is better & my knee pain is significantly reduced. I’m looking forward to improving my golf handicap!
The team are really pleasant, friendly & helpful. Well worth a visit if you are struggling.

Excellent Chiropractor, I cannot praise them highly enough! I was in severe pain after something popped in my lower back, I could barely stand, walk or even lie flat on my back & my leg went numb with constant shooting pains, I was a mess & I was off work for a month! My Doctor just prescribed strong painkillers & physio emailed me exercises that I just couldn't do because of the pain. I knew something was out of place & needed to be put back in before trying to exercise. After my first assessment which lasted over an hour & was very thorough I felt very reassured & knew I had made the right decision. I was prescribed 18 treatments, a mix of adjustments & deep tissue massage therapy, after the 4th or 5th adjustment the pain was largely gone & I had most of my movement back. After each session I could feel the improvement & felt stronger & confident to move, lift & carry heavy things but more than that, I felt listened to & the amazing team at Norwich Spinal Health understood what I was going through & came up with a plan to get me back, literally, on my feet! I recommend this fantastic team to anyone who will listen & they will always be my first call from now on.
