After about a weeks wait I received pictures of my costom made jacket and it went past my expectations. Not only were the sleeves leather as requested, but the hood and pockets we're as well. Upon arrival it fill well and was much cozier than I assumed it would be and looked top notch. After repetitively spending 40$ on Amazon for varsity jackets that would rip buttons easily, I'm satisfied with my choice for quality over quantity.

I haven't receive my jacket yet nor have I receive a tracking number to track my package. The design of the jacket is awesome I can't wait to get it.

I ordered three jackets from Novo Jackets. Received the first one (separate order) and it looks great and fits exactly the way I ordered it. I like that they send you pictures of the jackets so you can look at them and approve the order before it is shipped. Great process! I can't wait until I get my next two jackets. The online order process was easy and I ordered two jackets. However, I had a question about a patch and submitted questions that I needed answered before they put it together. I haven’t heard from them yet but it was a holiday weekend. I’m hoping to hear from them soon to finalize my order.

We had a few back & forth emails too get it right, which ultimately took a little longer.
The jacket was a couple of inches short and a little tight ( custom measurements) but overall it's a nice jacket and we are pleased
