Just taking the time to thank Jake and his team , this has been a very stressful and worrying time for me with my health kids and dog from start to finish Jake really has had compassion understanding and literally went the extra mile every time from start to finish, he’s made all this very much more do-able than I ever expected ! Not forgetting he’s a perfectionist! He had the job done and if not done he’s had it fixed !

I been treated appalling in the past by other contractors so Jake and his team really have been a breath of fresh air !

I had a kitchen renewal with Newark and Sherwood Council. They were friendly and respectful to my property also kept me informed about what was going to happen each day. I was very pleased with the end result, keep up the good work.

Cannot fault the team. Just recently had my windows all renewed on my property and the work standard was good. I recieve regular updates from Tracy on other work that is going to be done on my property. Tracy and team are great 10/10

The lady we spoke to Daily (Kate) kept us informed and updated and always returned our calls. The Gas Man (Gary) who called every day when our work was being done was also extremely reliable and helpful. My only concern was that the work did take a lot longer than expected.

I'm recently (ish) disabled so I needed my bathroom turned into a shower wetroom - Novus (especially Shane who was my main bloke) totally smashed it out of the park!!

Really friendly, understanding and patient bunch of people, and now I have a shower I can use whenever I want instead of a bath I was getting more and more scared of trying to get in and out of!! And it's such a great looking job - it's like walking into an en-suite bathroom on a luxury cruise liner :)

I cannot fault anything about my new kitchen I am amazed how smoothly everything was done and all the engineers were lovley, george was great in letting me know when and what was happening throughout the process.

I would give zero star! I have had several issues with this company and the works provided by this company! I will be writing a formal complaint! Awful avoid

The team was excellent came when expected and cleaned up after every job. Very pleased with the new kitchen recommended company.

What an amazing team, I can’t fault anything they did when fitting my new kitchen- the plumber, electrician, plasterer, tiler, painter and decorator and kitchen fitters you were all amazing. Management were great at keeping me updated on what was happening on the day. The team were all very courteous and kept the place as clean as they possibly could. You could have a laugh with them, they were all polite and easy going. If you need a great team around southwell Nottinghamshire I will recommend these guys till the moon turns blue. Well done guys. I’m so happy with my new kitchen.

Absolutely over the moon with my kitchen. Novus were very efficient, let me know everyday who was coming and what was happening. One mishap (was not their fault) yet solved it straight away and made it right. Every tradesmen that entered my home were fabulous. Considerate of the family as I had an 8 week old baby. Everything finished to a standard and overall brilliant work and brilliant people. I am in the newark and sherwood area and would highly recommend Novus. 👌

Really impressed with our new kitchen from Novus as part of renovation work by Trent & Dove Housing in Burton On Trent. Everyone from the designer during the first visit, to the Gas/electric engineers, decorators and Phone Staff from Novus were all excellent and friendly throughout the 8 days of work. (Especially the very skilled Shane, from New Zealand who deserves a pay rise).If you want a professional job done efficiently and with care for your property, then I highly recommend the friendly team from Novus and if our house needed any other work done, I hope Trent & Dove use Novus again. Very happy to have had my kitchen done by this company, I'm in the newark and sherwood area, the extensive work they have done to my kitchen to make it look the way it dose now is amazing,

A lot of work was needed all of the people who came to do the work was very polite and respectful, letting me know what they was doing and what they would be doing next.

Every morning I received a text to let me know who would becoming and what time, I have disabled children so to have this was brilliant as I could sort them out before anyone came,
And with having to charge my sons mobility scooter in the passed through the window from the shed, was a nightmare, but thanks to novus I have an outdoor socket now, something I didn't know i could have , so i haven't go to charge it through the window!

so I would highly recommend this company for their hard work and amazing work they carry out to make sure everything is done to a high standard and quality.

Worked here as a multi skilled repairs man to catch up with the covid backlog and I absolutely loved it. Wish I could have gotten a permanent job out of it. My supervisor Gavin was brilliant! Best job I’ve ever had. I do miss it.

Over the past 2 and half months I have worked as a site manager for Novus at the Birmingham branch through an agency, and can't speak highly enough of the company.

The PFP team as a whole are brilliant, but Nathan Hassall has been fantastic as my line manager during my short period with Novus, and is a credit to the company.

Electrician was excellent, very polite and professional, completed the work in a timely manner and did a great job. I would absolutely highly recommend.

Everyone who visited my property were polite and courteous. The standard of the work is amazing for social housing and really please with my new kitchen
