The team were amazing! They fixed my leaking tap incredibly quickly whilst also explaining the process to me. They then noticed a leak in a pipe from my boiler (which I had forgotten to mention) and they fixed that too! Great job.

Neil and Sean are absolutely fantastic! Not only are they highly skilled builders, but they are also incredibly friendly, reliable, and patient. They helped us with a range of tasks, including setting up a fire alarm on the ceiling, changing door locks and handle and even working on the boiler and heating system. They took the time to explain how to use and control the heating, making sure everything was clear and easy to understand.
Their attention to detail and dedication to doing a great job are truly impressive. We couldn’t recommend them more highly—thank you both for your amazing work!

We had a leak. Nil consulted over WhatsApp first and diagnosed the problem and then came prepared to fix it. They are really friendly and did an excellent job. We’ve used Nil multiple times and will continue to do so.

Nil and Sean did a excellent job with relocating a new boiler. The work involved re-routing gas line and fitting a new flue. As a construction industry professional myself, I recognise the skill and professionalism that NP Works provided. They explained each step of the installation process and how to use the smart programmer and app. I would certainly use them again.

It wasn't a straight forward job, and the original installers wouldn't do it. Nil and Sean came round on the same day of asking, were very polite, very good with communication, and ultimately did a great job. They also left the place really tidy.
