The boiler broke down which meant that my Grandma had no central
Heating or hot water. I called Neil and he fitted us in on the same day to take a look. He assessed the issue and came back the next morning with the parts and completed the job. He took photos of the parts that needed to be repaired and gave us really good advice. He took care a lot is care.

We have been using Nil for years and he has fixed all sort of plumbing issues from blocked pipes to boiler installation for us, highly recommend!

I had my boiler replaced by NP Works. Nil & his team were very professional and informative. They kept us updated every step of the way with what was happening and completed everything quickly and to a high standard. There was even an incident where a strong gust of wind caused our front door to slam shut, shattering the glass pane on the door and even though he didn't have to, Nil called a glass company he knew to help get us a quote for the repair. Nil went above & beyond and we were so happy to have the heating & hot water back in the house!

We had a serious issue with our drain pipe from our shower, this resulted in water going down the plug hole to then being pressured back out of the plug hole at random moments, and over flowing our shower. Nilesh and his team were brilliant, efficient in both arriving promptly and solving the matter. Having used his services for maintenance jobs before, adding him as a plumbing contact as well, will only want us to use him more in the future. 5*

Shower needed replacing and our kitchen tap, not only did they replace both but suggest better alternatives. Really helpful, kind and friendly guys who did the job quickly! Really pleased and would happily recommend!

I had an old boiler which NP Works brought back from the dead. A very professional outfit explaining at each stage what the problem was and how much to fix it. Good time keeping as well.

Nil was brilliant when he came round. We had a leak under the sink and Nil talked me and my daughter through what the problem was. He took a video of the problem and told me how he would be able to fix it. Nil also took pictures of the pipe so I could see the work he had done. I texted Nil in the morning and he was able to come round and fix the issue even thought he must have been working since early morning. Also recommended what we needed to do as an after care as the floor was really damp from the leak. I would use Nil again and hope to get his help in the future for my bathroom. Thank you. My husband and me, recently moved in this new house,and the very next day experienced some problems with the hot water. Nilesh, very generously agreed to come and sort the issue even though it was a weekend.

The problem was solved temporarily then. However, later he managed to diagnose the root cause and fix it permanently.

My boiler broke on a Sunday afternoon. I had another plumber come but the problem remained unidentified. Neil came and was quickly able to find the underlying problem as well as fix my boiler. He came late on a Sunday and at short notice which was really appreciated. Owing to the scale of the problem the required work was not able to be fulfilled on the Sunday, but given it had left me with no heating or water, Neil made sure that my work was prioritised on the following day which was really really appreciated. I cannot recommend his services highly enough, he was professional and efficient and we are really happy with the work he conducted.
