Worst credit card company I’ve dealt with. Whenever there’s an issue or I need help I give them a call and talk to them about my problem and they say they’ll transfer me to someone else and I stay on the line for hours and they end up hanging up the call and that’s not the first time I’ve had them hang up on me, it’s multiple times and my issues are still not solved.
Worst credit card/ register company I’ve been a businessman for over 15 years and never had I had any problems with my other credit card company until I got a register with NRS. I had problems with the money that was going into my bank account it showed a whole different amount than what it showed on the register and it was missing. I called them multiple times to get it fixed and they said they were going to fix it. 4 weeks later and I still have the same problem every time I call they just hang up and don’t solve the issue. I’m sick and tired of calling them everyday and still not get anything solved and even when asking for a supervisor they won’t let you talk to one, they say they’ll transfer the call but they just end up hanging up.
Best customer service! I don’t remember the gentleman name but I appreciate his patience through this process. It’s took us 40 mins to resolve and he didn’t put me on hold, he was responsive and kept asking me for pictures and updates on my screen.

Hello,
If I had known that I would need to call over and over just to make my POS system work, I would have never purchased it.
I still do not have a portal login, and without it, I can’t do anything. Every time I call, I get transferred to the credit card integration department, where many people have no idea how the POS works.
For something as simple as making small changes or submissions, this process has become a nightmare. This feels like a betrayal of trust.
I trusted you and your company, but after paying so much, I am left frustrated. I still owe $750, and once that is done, I will cancel this service.
Shame on your company for making one business owner call so many times and still not receiving help. Enjoy the money you made from my time and frustration — it won’t last long.
I believe in God, and I know karma will take care of the rest.

Last time, my credit card reader was stolen, but the staff was very kind and promptly replaced it with a new one, which helped minimize business losses. I'm very grateful. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the speed with which the process was completed.

DO NOT BUY. Absolutely worst POS system I've ever worked with. POS is full of flaws, errors and doesn't support even basic reporting. Hardware is low quality and doesn't work even new out of box. I'm returning it within a month. They charge even though you are not using their system. Please do not get his POS, period.
