I had a very bad experience with NRS company; after a long wait for a solution, it turned out to be nothing more than a waste of money and time. You end up tied to them, forced to compromise by paying them. I have proof to show what I've been going through with NRS, and I never received a solution for my issues with NRSPOS, NRSPAY, NRSPETRO.
I recently added a Purchase Order (PO) add-on to my system, and I had an excellent experience thanks to the Swarupa.

I rarely write reviews, but my experience with NRSPLUS has been so infuriating that I feel compelled to share. I initially reached out to their customer service months ago regarding a refund, and the whole process has been nothing short of a nightmare.
Their customer service is a black hole where inquiries disappear without a trace. Despite multiple follow-ups and promises of resolution, I’ve yet to receive a single update on my refund status. It's clear that once they have your money, they have no interest in resolving issues or communicating effectively.
I’ve contacted their support team numerous times and each interaction has been a lesson in frustration. Every response is either a generic template or a complete non-answer. It feels like they’re deliberately avoiding providing any concrete information.
If you’re considering doing business with NRSPLUS, think again. The lack of transparency and accountability is astounding. I would strongly advise against using their services unless you want to experience the same level of incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction.
In summary: Terrible service, unresponsive support, and zero accountability. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

I just had a call with Joel Linares from NRS since was printer was not working. He was so gentle and nice on the phone while he was assisting me. The call took like 3 minutes. Very fast assistance and my printer started to work again.
Thanks NRS for having Mr. Linares on board. He's the best.
