Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concern. We completely understand how important it is to stay updated on the latest jobs and opportunities, and we’re here to clarify.
Our email alerts for new jobs, tenders, scholarships, grants, and consultancies are sent once a day. Since you subscribed yesterday after we had already sent out that day’s alerts, you may have missed yesterday’s updates. However, today’s email alert has just been sent out a few minutes ago.
Please check your inbox (and spam/junk folder just in case), and you should find today’s alert waiting for you. If you encounter any further issues, feel free to contact us directly, and we’ll be happy to assist.
Thank you for your patience and for subscribing to Ntchito.com. We’re excited to keep you informed about the opportunities that matter to you!

Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for any confusion or disappointment you may have experienced with your Starter subscription.
We understand that you were expecting more from your subscription, and we want to address your concerns. The Starter subscription provides access to job vacancies only, which is clearly stated in our subscription details. However, we recognize that this may not have been communicated effectively to you during your purchase.
To ensure you get the most value from our platform, we'd like to offer you the following options:
1. Upgrade your subscription: We can upgrade you to either the Professional or Platinum subscription, which offer access to additional features such as scholarships, tenders, and consultancies. We'll be happy to apply the amount you've already paid towards the upgraded subscription.
2. Detailed walkthrough: If you'd prefer to keep your current subscription, we can arrange a personal walkthrough of the Starter subscription features to help you maximize its benefits.
3. We can offer a refund.
Please Whatsapp us or send us an email to discuss these options further. We value your feedback and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our services.
Thank you for choosing Ntchito.com. We appreciate your trust in us and look forward to continuing to serve your job search needs in Malawi.

All is well but the following
1 - Ntchito needs to publish ALL posts that are for Malawi.
2. Urgency of posting should be prioritized. If possible 24 hours after organizations have released their advert.
3. Consider posting notices regarding extensions of closing dates if the tender was first published on Ntchito.
4 Consider posting major sale events, i.e. disposal of motor vehicles, furniture, Auctions, by organizations in Malawi.
