Amazing support, great communication and the content is well structured.

I highly recommend NTP Online Learning to anyone considering pursuing their Transport Manager qualification. Their dedication, expertise, and exceptional support make them the ideal choice for anyone looking to succeed.

NTP has always been incredibly helpful. Although it took us six months to book our first course, we never felt pressured during that time. Instead, we consistently received thoughtful and practical advice tailored to our business needs.

The course we selected was delivered exceptionally well and was fully customised for our business, offering incredible value. Their service truly deserves a 5-star rating. It’s also fantastic that you always get to speak with the same people, avoiding the frustration of being passed around a call centre.

I have recently signed up with NTP Online Learning, and so far I am extremely impressed with my student experience. Firstly, I have been kindly welcomed onto the course. The online course structure and the course materials are great, which includes podcasts. Most importantly the offer of help and support throughout your student journey is excellent. I am looking forward to continuing with my studies. Thank you. A.C

Was looking for a company to do my transport manager cpc and came across ntp I can not highly recommend them enough the support was amazing if you had any questions thay were answered quick and explained so I understand thay also have access to audio with is great if you are busy I would recommend ntp to anyone and i will use again for any future courses thank you so much for the help and support

Never got a single call or text of support. Clearly not interested in anything apart from being paid. Try to cancel my course and got threatened to go to court. Not a good reliable company.

Amazing team, always there to help and very supportive community.

Easy to understand lecture
Nice and clean for me left just study

Best decision I ever made… being a professional HGV driver and a tramper meant that I was tied for time to sit in for an exam… I chose NTP because they had an audio version of the tutorial and it didn’t let me down…

The course is comprehensive, clearly outlined, and covers all the necessary areas needed to successfully pass the CPC exam.

A great tool for accomplishing your goal at your own pace with readily available resources (such as the tutors via phone or live chat) to help you understand anything you may need help with.

Really enjoyed the course and found all the tutors to be prompt and helpful whenever I needed assistance.

The content was well structured and easy to follow. I was able to access the course from my laptop & phone, which was extremely useful.

I would thoroughly recommend the course to anyone.

...and I passed first time 😃

From the outset help has always been available in various formats and response times to queries has been excellent.

The mixture of video and text is good I like the option to listen to the audio. I like the fact there is a student support group within the app and on Facebook. I like the fact it texts fail to check in and give helpful tips. I like the fact that there is a chat available to discuss any issues or questions. That I can do it at my own pace. That there is an option to have a meeting with a tutor.
The one drawback is they are not open on a Friday which happens to be my day off and the one day I was going to be guaranteed to have time to complete the course.

I would recommend NTP. I have had a very good experience doing the Transport Managers CPC on line course, its taken me a while to get their. I have had help & encouragement from Daryl & Mark all the way. Thank you.

The course itself was a joke. Nothing I can’t learn for free online. A rip-off.
