poorly installed garage and poor after service care - garage installed feb 26. Issues have been - noticeable gaps between panels, water ingress, door is installed poorly and latch only just hitting frame. Various emails sent to Nucrete and they promise the world but never deliver on any of it. Has been 2 months since their last email

We went for Nucrete garage as they are an in house company, that manufactures and installs,
as we had an old asbestos roofed garage to remove Sharon organised everything with competitive all in one price.
Removal was done efficiently thanks to the team who left the site totally cleared.
New garage installed in no time by another team working like trojans!Really pleased with everything looks really good.
Many thanks to Sharon and the team for all the help and advice.

If like me you’ve had a number of "Bad experiences" you’ll do your homework so after trawling through the Internet getting various quotes, ideas, recommendations etc etc i decided on choosing Nucrete for my 16 x 12 Garage.

Absolutely Brilliant people to deal with !! From speaking with "Sharon"(sales manager) via telephone and email to the lads building the Garage I will Absolutely guarantee if you choose this Company you will not be disappointed. Before I decided on buying I had Absolutely tons of questions and I explained to Sharon that due to a Previous stroke I had some difficulties with understanding things, Sharon is so understanding, so patient and makes sure, you (the customer) get all the information you need to get exactly what you want, she makes the whole process so easy and stress free. Sharon is a very knowledgeable very capable lady and answered every question I asked, and if she didn't have the answer (rare) she got back to me with 1. We arranged a suitable date and when the team arrived they were brilliant !! They arrived promptly were very professional and got the Garage built in no time !! I needed my garage to be put on a certain (tricky)angle so I didn't impose on my neighbours land, the lads got it spot on !! They worked none stop, gave me some tips, do,s and dont,s and were an absolute pleasure to speak with. I am so pleased with my new garage I can honestly say you won't be disappointed. 100% Well done to Nucrete and the team you've made me a very happy man !!! These guys literally travel the 4 corners of the country doing this, so if your in John o' groats or "Lands end" they'll get there and get the Job done !!. I TOTALLY 💯 RECOMMENDED THIS COMPANY

From start to finish the experience was great. Sharon helped with questions when choosing the garage and base. Both teams worked very hard and were very friendly answering any questions whilst laying the base and building the garage. We are very happy

Great service from Start to finish. The team arrived early and worked like Trojans until the garage was finished, I don't think that they took breath!
Both chaps were incredibly polite, friendly, helpful, hardworking and anxious to ensure that we were happy with the finished job.
I can't commend them highly enough, an extremely neat swift job and a great garage which I'm sure will last for a very long time!

I had a small 9.5 foot x 8.5 foot lean to garage/workshop built by nucrete and I’m very happy with the end result.

This is the second time I have purchased from Nucrete. On both occasions I have found the service from the initial quotation right through to the installation to be excellent.
Sharon the office manager responded promptly with any queries I had and worked hard to secure a revised date for me when my groundwork got behind with the weather.
The installation team were great and accommodated my requests about parking near the property as we live in a small tight cul de sac.

Nucrete have been amazing from start to finish. I originally enquired about garage options and Sharon talked me through everything and gave me some very good advice and information regarding design and layout etc.
They delivered on time and their installers were very professional, friendly and helpful.
The quality of their product is superb and I am satisfied that in the unlikely event of any problems arsing, they would sort them out under their 10 year guarantee.

Sharon’s responsiveness and her efficient team delivered a great overall project experience. We had an old double garage with a cracked base, which Nucrete demolished and cleared before excavating the old base and installing a new one complete with damp proof membrane and insulation. They then built the new garage to a high standard. With some input from us, Sharon was able to interpret and propose the overall design and the features we wanted, as well as what aspects should be incorporated for weather proofing. The whole design process has customisable aspects, with clear explanations of the different pros, cons, and cost implications, so I would recommended doing some homework beforehand to clarify what you're looking for so can discuss with Sharon. This included choices around UPVC fascias and windows, metal door, large electric doors, and a specific orientation of the garage.
Sharon understood our requirements well and translated them into a practical and well-executed plan. We’re very happy with the end result and would happily recommend them.

We have had an Elite garage erected today by Gary and Paul, they have done an excellent job we are so pleased with the outcome, two lovely lads who are so professional in what they do and also very helpful and knowledgeable about things going forward, thanks Lads for the advice on the aftercare xx

The Nucrete team removed my old asbestos garage and installed a lovely new double garage the same week. Sharon was extremely helpful throughout the process and arranged for someone to attend and inspect my existing concrete base before I placed my order which was an enormous help and saved me a lot of money as I didn't need a new base!

Had a concrete garage put up on Wednesday 11/9/24 what a disgrace none of the panels lineup correctly the front door doesn’t open because it’s hitting the gates the windows are scratched there’s chips in the concrete panels I’d love to show the pictures you would understand better not recommend this company very dissatisfied purchased through birstall garden center keep being told it’s normal legal action being considered
