I placed an order in mid-December 2023 for a Christmas gift. It is mid-February and I have not received the item, nor received my money back. Communication is definitely lacking in the Customer Service department. Update:In February 2024 received money back.
Poor NUFC hospitality
Following on from previous post , I go to non league York city 2/3 times a year , for a fraction of the cost , we get this , ok not premier football but hospitality means hospitality, NUFC hospitality you should visit York City to see how it’s done .

Club shop experience much improved
I ordered merchandise from the Newcastle United online shop just before Christmas. Their much criticised partner Castore showed little sign of supplying the item in a speedy manner. I raised the issue by email with the club shop who replied quickly, chased the order up for me and I eventually received it. Staff at the club shop have since been in touch to apologise for the delay and have refunded my postage as a gesture of goodwill. Under our previous owner, I'm confident the issue would have been ignored and I'd still be waiting. Despite much negative publicity about their motives for investing in the club, it does appear that our new owners are well aware that the support of the fans does actually mean something. It's been a while since I've been able to say that.

Missing items-no response
Purchased three tops for my son for Christmas at the end of November. Not received two of the items. Despite multiple attempts to contact there has been no response just an automated email to say someone would be in touch in 5 days, which had not happened. Reading the other reviews I wished I had stayed away! AVIOD AVOID AVIOD. Terrible customer service!
One item damaged
One item damaged, wrong size in others. Contacted them weeks ago to arrange return and replacement and had no response. Will give them until 5pm Monday before I contact Trading Standards and consider a civil case in the small claims court.
We have hundreds tied into these items that could be used on other gifts. I dread to think how many other people there are out there in a similar position.
Awful service. Glad that Newcastle are leaving this awful company behind in 2024. Can’t come soon enough.

For a team that has been so reliant onits supporters for so many years, it certainly does take them for granted. I ordered three items from the store on 29 November which were going to be the main part of my Grandson’s Christmas presents. It’s now 15 December and despite repeated emails to find out what’s happening, I’ve heard nothing.

Order not received since November 22nd. No reply to any emails since 30th. No telephone numbers to call. Evri have lost parcel but can't get anyone from nufc to do anything as they don't reply to emails. Sort it out.

Still waiting for my delivery… one month on. I think snail mail would’ve been quicker. They have the cheek to charge £5 delivery and use Evri.. parcel was never coming and then all of a sudden it was claimed to have been delivered at 3.05am one Saturday morning.
Now I’m dealing with 2 of the worst companies for customer service ever - Evri want to know if my neighbours have taken it in.. no delivery proof, nothing on ring doorbell and who actually delivers at 3.05am??? NUFC just don’t even bother replying. Quick to take payment and then zero customer service. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE
Appalling service from online shop
Appalling service. Placed 2 orders on on 22/11 for 2 items and one on 24/11 for another 3 items. Last week received one item from the first order. Today received emails to state all the other items were being refunded. No explanation, no apology and to make matters worse it is going to take up to 10 days to receive the refund which means they have had my money for 4 weeks! Surely there must be some sort of stock control so you can't order something that is no longer available?

Ticket office Customer service is appalling
Ticket office and ticketing system is appalling. The Ticket Box Office is totally out of date rude and unfit for purpose. Seems to open at random irregular times never answers emails or phones and has given wrong advice on multiple occasions. So antiquated when you think about how much money is being spent by us supporters who are also customers. Spent literally thousands of pounds over 45 years and customer service is terrible. Where else would you spend that kind of money and tolerate being spoken to like dirt or ignored altogether ?
Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs! Bought a training top for £100 which evri left on the main road outside my house and was consequently stolen. Evri accepted responsibility straight away based on the photographic evidence however, NUFC insisting on a police investigation before processing a refund! Two weeks on am still £100 down with no top to show for it. Zero ability to speak to them directly and all correspondence via email with lengthy delays in between communication. Great team but awful clubb shop making fans out to be criminals through no fault of their own!
The Ticket Office Lied
The ticket office lied about signing us up to the cup schemes. Before the season started, they promised we would be entitled as season tickt holders to home cup tickets but failed to send any emails. Even now, with two uefa home games, they can't enrol us to the uefa cup scheme despite it being their fault. It's a scam to raise the price to "new" fans

We are season ticket holders for multiple years and promised by the ticket office - in person in August - that both ST’s would be automatically enrolled in the cup scheme. Somehow the ticket office messed up our email accounts and did NOT enrol us for all cup schemes. Now, with two Champions League home games left, they told us that we cannot enrol now. Terrible service. Badly run ticket office and customer service. A disgrace.
Newcastle United Stadium Tour
My wife and I did the NUFC stadium tour this morning and thoroughly enjoyed it. Our tour guides Keith and Jordan were very good and informative we would definitely recommend this tour as you get to see all of the ground , dressing rooms ,media area etc and if like us you are lucky you may get Keith as the tour guide !!
Stadium tour
We went on the tour today and absolutely loved it! We’ve been to the stadium many times for match days but was amazing to be able to see behind the scenes and learn loads about the history of the club, the tour guides Lisa and sue were amazing!! Super friendly and answered all questions that were asked! Even tho we’ve done the tour we will be back to do it again in the future and also to do the rooftop tour! Thankyou for an amazing experience!!
Poor customer service
Purchased a junior football strip 14 days ago...advised 5-7 days delivery....still not arrived. Cannot get any response from club via Emails and telephone at Newcastle shop goes unanswered. Very disappointed.

I ordered a Nufc shirt for the coming season. On the site its says 2 days to be processed, and 7-10 to ship. It has been 2 weeks and ive not received and type of contact as to whether its shipped or about any holdups. Ive emailed them every other day for this last week with no reply at all. Very disappointing from my favorite club.
Club shop a big disappointment.
Visited the club shop with my 9 year old son. I had imagined something far more impressive than it actually was. Staff looked disinterested, store was dirty and unkempt, no sizing charts next to the clothing. What exactly is a child’s medium?? Most of the alphabet out of stock for printing on the back of the shirts, no tills working upstairs, no obvious signage in the store. Had to search for the way back downstairs. Long queue only to be greeted by small sign saying no cash. Not impressed at all. Bearing in mind the average person must spend £100+. Completely unprofessional set up, needs a major overhaul.
