Would not subscribe again. My TV is on a wired connection (not wireless). Stream is constantly freezing on wired and wireless. I expect more from a 'paid for' service!
Request for Refund has fallen on deaf ears
My husband and I have a NUFU subscription and had no issues and like it however we then told my brother about it during a recent visit so he signed up. My brother has some cognitive disabilities so I tried to set it up for him while I was there but was unable to get it working before I had to leave. I live 1200 miles away. I immediately contacted NUFU to request a refund for my brother's annual subscription of $124.99 and was told they would send it to billing and I would hear back in 48-72 hrs. I've heard nothing in almost a month in spite of my repeated emails and attempts to get an update and a refund for my brother. I think it is absolutely terrible that they take advantage of someone with cognitive disabilities and ignore and/or refuse to issue a refund when my brother has noone to assist him with setting NUFU up for him. It was not straightforward and I tried for several hours to get NUFU to work on my brother's TV as well as his iPad before I needed to leave.

Was trying to watch hockey - game kept pausing and then resuming to real time, so I missed the play that was being made when that happened. it got so bad, I finally gave up and checked the score online a little later.
Very unhappy with company
First off did the 2 day trail it was great then went to pay for subscription and as I was waiting for a payment confirmation the site kicks me out and I have to go back in and do everything over think it just glitched. Wrong ... it charged me $79 dollars for the first try then when it actually gave me a confirmation number it charged me $67 dollars now I'm noticing a charge on my account for a fee for $.68 been trying to get in touch with them for a week now send 3 requests for them to contact me through email with no response all I want is them to stop charging me fees and my money refunded for the 79 dollars.....
