Terrible clinic, unprofessional, false claims, poor communication and out for every penny they can steal. Dr Nur cares far more about her profits than she does the long term health of her patients. I would avoid at all costs. Their lack of attention has left me with long term damage that was wholly avoidable.

I had a wonderful experience with the Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy at Dr Nur's clinic. Dr Nur and her team are truly professional, caring, and attentive throughout the entire process. From the moment I arrived, I felt well looked after and reassured. The clinic provides excellent care, and I noticed very positive results from the therapy.
Dr Nur is not only exceptionally knowledgeable and professional, but also genuinely kind and compassionate. She takes time to explain everything clearly, answer questions, and make sure you feel completely ease. Her dedication to patient care is truly outstanding.

I have Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS) an ongoing chronic pain condition. At the point of starting hyperbaric chamber (HBOT) I had had CRPS for ten years. During those years I have experienced a variety of treatments including hydrotherapy, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, intensive rehabilitation, mirror therapy just to name a few. None have affected me like hyperbaric chamber therapy at NUMA. HBOT, along with a lot of hard work, has changed my life for the better. Five months down the line with a lot of sessions and with physiotherapy at home I am able to walk for longer, I am substantially happier and am on the way to getting my life back.

In the chamber itself I experienced no extra pain and it was comforting to know that a member of the NUMA team was only a few steps away. The team make sure you are comfortable as possible before starting the treatment, and check in during it too. On my first session I felt relief of some my painful sensations, however this wore off within an hour. As time went on and the more sessions I had this period of “wearing off” increased to couple of hours at a time.

In my personal experience HBOT has proved to be beneficial when used alongside other treatments such as physiotherapy, hydrotherapy and exercise. This HBOT treatment goes hand in hand with dedication and hard work. With plenty of support from those surrounding me HBOT has helped me along in the process in getting my life back.

Alongside the treatment, Dr Nur and the NUMA team have had massive impact on my improvement. They welcome you with open arms, a friendly face and are always filled with positivity energy. Walking in you can feel the good, comfortable vibes that the team emit. They are open to any concerns and always endeavour to make everyone comfortable and happy. In my previous experiences of other treatments it has always felt sterile and I have come away unhappy. I have felt diminished, scorned, shamed and disheartened. My experience at NUMA is the complete opposite. After ten years of feeling let down by medications and treatments, NUMA was the breakthrough I needed.

The sessions I've had at NUMA so far have been great - on my first visit I had a consultation during which I was given plenty of information about the treatment. Everybody has been extremely friendly and helpful both in person and when communicating via email/telephone.
The centre itself is beautifully presented and the chambers are comfortable, with a large window and intercom so I felt always comforted by having somebody on hand.
I looked into this treatment for general health optimisation and to help with some shortness of breath that I get due to my anemia - I've had four sessions so far and with each I've noticed that my breathing is much less laborious which has had a significant effect on QOL! I also had a minor surgical procedure prior to a couple of my treatments and it has definitely helped subside the swelling. I look forward to attending again :)

I have had 20 sessions of 90 minutes oxygen therapy so far and booked for another 10 sessions. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable making you feel you are in safe hands. You are constantly monitored during your sessions. Dr Nur has a great team and it definitely helped me with my sudden loss of hearing. The clinic is immaculate, very high standards and very comfortable oxygen chambers. They are also very flexible with appointments to accommodate your needs Highly recommend.

At the same time my energy levels always gets better after the treatment. No more fatigue.

It is certainly the best hyperbaric oxygen clinic I have been! I had a wonderful care from Dr Nur and her lovely team! Dr Nur has expertise in both conventional and integrative medicine. It was so refreshing to

Very clean, professional, and safe feeling clinic. Dr Nur and her staff are very thoughtful, caring and have your best interest in mind. The chambers are clean and relatively spacious-- I don't feel claustrophobic at all, and often do conference calls and work on my laptop during my treatments. I have had great results and my wounds have healed faster and I feel more energised. Dr Nur takes the time to think and consider each of her patients symptoms and treats through both integrative and medical analysis-- exactly what you want. I highly recommend the HBOT clinic and Dr Nur for the best in medical care.
