I was caught with a Hidden Subscription trap. Unfortunately, did not look at Trustpilot first and AI Scam review. Bells went off. We got a recent shipment that we did not order. We tried this summer to cancel but never heard back. Phone was leave a message and no response. They must have changed their AI/Chat response software, after three standard formatted replies. Got the refund. I would have given them one star back in the summer. Even though we stop using product their recent actions changed my mind and they deserve an upgrade.

I’m a very positive person so to write this pains me- I’ve been taking the capsules for one month and have actually GAINED weight… I bought a 90 day supply and am giving it a fair shot by continuing to take. Hoping that things turn around! Also I get way too many emails from them but I guess they love me!

I ordered this EXACT product through amazon, because I heard bad reviews on the delivery and refund problems with your direct company orders. I have had very good results and will continue to buy through amazon. Its the same product you approved amazon to sell and you receive profit from it but with your issues at delivery and customer service I will stick with company purchase I know and trust. But overall YIUR product has been a great success for me!

Absolutely did not work and very difficult trying to get a refund. I am overweight and have gut issues. It promises that it helps and I saw ZERO results in any way!

The product gave me the opposite affect first of all, bloating, weight gain, my stomach gastrin levels climbed to measure high.

They sign you up unknowingly for a subscription. As soon as I bought my first order, I got a text message from someone trying to upsell me for another product of theirs without even getting the first (that ships from China FYI). In that text exchange, I was informed that they had a 30 day guarantee, when their website says 60 days. When I told her of their 60 days, she said it was wrong and I informed her that is against fair marketing laws.

It took almost a month to ship to me so there goes the 30 days (in their mind). When I went to cancel, I was informed I would only receive 30% back.. In which I again informed them that their website says 60 days. After sending a very direct email of their shady business deals, I was given an address that I had to ship (at my own cost) unopened product back to them. I did finally get the full refund (minus the shipping return I had to pay)

DO NOT BUY! The product does not work and their business practices (at least their customer service) does not know their own policies.

I’m on month 3 of the Women’s Complete Balance supplement. I saw a definite difference in my stomach bloating after about 2 weeks. The biggest difference for me was an energy lift. I go through phases of exhaustion where it’s difficult for me to focus & be motivated to do much of anything. Since I’ve started taking Nuora, I’ve felt so much better & haven’t had one of those phases. I do workout & try to eat healthy, so part of my results may be attributed to that. Tho, before I always fought the post-menopausal belly & periods of fatigue. So far, I haven’t had the fulfillment or service issues that others here are saying. My 2nd shipment was sent too late & arrived about a week after I finished the first 60 days, so I’m going to try to adjust the shipping date for the next round based on the slower USPS schedule. Hopefully that will go smoothly.

My initial order and the 3 months I took the women’s health capsules, I was incredibly happy and eagerly waited for my next shipment which took 10 days! I would keep checking the tracker they provided and it never left NJ! I did finally get my order but it was for the wrong items. The packages also had an orange substance on them. I contacted them and they were all apologetic and then ghosted me! Run from this company- cancel your membership and shop
Local!!! Lesson learned

This company is a scam. I purchased the 3 packs deal as a one time buy, and after 3 months I was charged for a subscription for which I didn’t sign up for. When I told them they needed to refund me the money, they said they wouldn’t be able to because the shipment had already went out. They only returned the money once I told them they were committing fraud and charging a credit card without authorization.
The other issue that I encounter is that the supplements don’t work. When I emailed them for the full refund (as they advertise on their website), they told me they couldn’t offer me a full refund because the product is ingestible so for infection control purposes they couldn’t refund 100%, but they could do 20%. After insisting I get the full refund, they tell me it would be 30%. When I insisted again, they said the 50%. Now they are ignoring my emails. This company is a scam. Do not purchase!!!

I started taking the Nuora Gut Ritual capsules about 3 weeks ago. I am in my late 50’s, in menopause, and was looking for a way to assist myself with the bloating that seemed to happen no matter what every day, seemingly occurring due to a combination of stress/cortisol and inevitably after eating a meal. While I am certainly not slim, I do eat primarily healthy real foods that we cook (not takeout) and I don’t consume soda, almost no sugar except an occasional rare candy fix ;) etc and I try to workout 3x’s a week. And despite all these efforts to eat clean, drink clean, take care of my health and body… several hours into the day … my waistline would blow up like a balloon and I’d look like I was 9 months pregnant, growing easily 4-5 inches in my waist in hours. I saw multiple adds for this product over a length of time and after hearing about clinical trials and science backed data in one of the adds… I decided to give it a try. What did I have to lose? Apparently… those additional bloating inches… Yeah! While I am not saying- that it melted off inches from my normal waistline- I am saying, my waistline stays relatively stable all day. Which I count as a WIN! Now as I workout and feel my core muscles strengthen and tighten, that progress carries forward, instead of the constant feeling of two steps forward and ten steps backward in the same day! Looking forward to seeing how it does more long term. I never share a reviews, but this felt important to share.

After consistent use, I noticed some gradual improvements. My digestion feels more balanced, and issues like bloating seem less frequent than before. I also appreciate that the capsules are easy to take and didn’t cause any unwanted side effects for me.
