SCAM RIP-OFF. DO NOT BUY!
They promised to refund the $414.95 they charged to my card without permission. I managed to stop it before it was sent. still waiting for my refund 8mths later

I bought an item and did not notice the hidden subscription and was charged 400.00 and been trying to get in touch with someone for a refund. Most legit companies have a contact number and this one don’t. TOTAL SCAM! I was able to get a response to get a refund but have not yet received a refund for 6 months now. I do not recommend buying anything from them.

Absolute garbage company. They have fraudulently charged my credit card 4 times in the last 5 months. While they promised refunds, none were given. Luckily, my credit card company has amazing customer service. I won every dispute. Ultimately had to cancel the card and get a new one because Nurabeam wouldn’t stop charging me. When I tried to log into my account to see what the charges were for, the site said my account didn’t exist. Do NOT order anything from this company. I’d give them zero stars if that was an option.

I strongly advise against buying from this company. While the product itself is fine, the customer service and handling of refunds have been completely unacceptable.

I was supposed to receive a refund. Instead of returning my money, they charged me the exact same amount again. So rather than getting my money back, I ended up being charged twice.

For more than nine months, I have repeatedly contacted them, sent reminders, and tried to get this resolved. I still have not received the money I am owed. Even worse, for the past few months they have completely stopped responding to my emails.

At this point, the issue is no longer just poor customer service. Keeping a customer's money for over nine months after an incorrect additional charge, while eventually ignoring all communication, is simply unacceptable.

It is a shame because I was actually satisfied with the product. But based on this experience, I cannot recommend buying from this company at all. If anything goes wrong with your order, you may end up paying for it yourself – or, as in my case, paying twice and still being left without a solution.

I purchased a thigh red light product and accidently signed up for the accompanying thigh cream that was $399 a month (watch out for the small print at checkout). I ordered in January, was charged in February, and contacted the company as I didn't realize I signed up for the cream. I had received my thigh lights and no cream. They offered a refund immediately and I awaited my refund. I cancelled the subscription but was still charged in March. I requested a refund for March and was told I would get it no problem. I have multiple emails saying I would get a refund. Even emails saying it was processed and never was. After communicating with them frequently for two months, I posted a review here. They promptly contacted me and said we will give you your refund (that they claimed they already gave me) if you take down your review. I took down my review, and still no refund of my almost $800 for products I NEVER received. Now here we are in July (ordered in Jan) and this company still owes me almost $800 and they have stopped replying to my emails. Don't work with this company they are not honest or professional. I would give zero stars if that was an option.

This company is a total scam. I ordered a product, which arrived in good order and condition. However, a month later, they charged me over $416AU for a subscription that I did not order. After contacting them, they said they would refund within 10 days. After 3 months of no contact, I went to my bank and got my money back. I have since changed my credit card, but I am still getting text notifications from them wanting to charge me for various amounts and saying that they have reported my card as lost or stolen. Total scammers!

I would not recommend Nura Beam based on my experience.
The lack of customer service has been extremely disappointing. I never received the product I paid for, and despite being advised on three separate occasions that my refund had been processed, I still have not received it.
Each time I contacted customer support, I was given the same assurance that the refund was on its way, but nothing has happened. The poor communication and failure to follow through have left me frustrated and out of pocket.
If you're considering ordering from Nura Beam, I'd be cautious. A company should stand behind its customers, especially when orders aren't fulfilled, and unfortunately that hasn't been my experience.

Nurabeam trainer has been great for me

No sign up fees, as I actually read t&c before purchasing and made a one off payment with no cream. I paid £30 only.

Sadly the belt was faulty after a month or so of use. However I contacted customer services, it took about 2 weeks to respond but they came back to me and apologised for the electrical fault, all I was asking for was a new lead. They actually sent me a brand new belt. I am very happy with the service I have recieved from start to finish and really feel the benefit of the belt.

Do not respond, Did not receive all of my products. Horrible. Do not buy from them

I didn’t receive exactly what I ordered and made arrangements to return the goods. They needed a month to reply, after several attempts to get an answer from them. They gave me their return address and I shipped them the goods. They received the return on 31st March 2026. Now they don’t reply to any of my messages and owe me €455.72.
A total rip-off. They're scammers.

I was charged 400 for something I never ordered. I am trying to make contact with them. I am reading all these reviews and realizing this is a scam Ime really upset Ime on fixed income and I can’t afford this they over drew my account t

WARNING – NURABEAM SCAM ⚠️

This has been the biggest nightmare.

After I disputed a transaction with my bank, NURABEAM charged my credit card AGAIN $600 for something I have NEVER ordered or authorized.

They initially sent me a cream I did not want. When I tried to return it, the package was sent back to me marked “non-existing address.” This clearly shows they are avoiding returns and responsibility.

Now I have had to start another dispute with my bank to recover my money.

I strongly advise everyone:

Stay away from this company
Do NOT give them your credit card details
Check your statements carefully

I bought those and was charged unexpectedly but lucky that my credit card decline it twice when they tried to charge 800 dollars. It’s a scam!!! As for you who runs this. NICE TRY!!

I bought nurabeam skulpt belt, received it and claimed, that it doesnt looked like on the picture and they offered me a refund and thats a few weeks ago and 2 days ago they deduct 499,99€ from my credit card without permissio!!!!!!!

Absolutely ridiculous!!! Brought one product for £65 then charged £399 for a subscription that I didn’t want neither agree too. Firstly the products I actually ordered doesn’t work and the 2 free products that supposedly come with it never arrived! Now I’ve got charged £399 for these 2 products that I never even got to try!!

Wish I had checked here before buying one of their products. Never received the freebie sample and had no idea I would be signed up for a subscription, they took 499.99 from my account, ive had no products and cannot understand why the monthly subscription would be that ridiculous amount. Managed to stop the next coming out and ive raised a dispute but looking at these reviews not feeling confident. Thankfully paid on my credit card so will give them a week then raise with the bank. Be careful when ordering from this company

Firstly I was subscribed to their ridiculously expensive cream and had to submit a dispute. Now a week later another charge. The fact they have a ‘dispute’ link on their website says it all.

I bought a light therapy product, and I accidentally found on shop app there’s a recurring subscription for $400 worth of product from nurabeam without my knowledge or consent. This is a fraud.

Do NOT purchase from these people. I did. Not that impressed with the product anyway but then today they took a further £799 from my account for a load of creams. I did not place the order and I had not set up a subscription. I was VERY careful when I made the purchase to make sure I didn’t get trapped in a subscription. Trying to get a refund . Also , I have had fraud transactions on my card since the purchase. Not sure if it is related ??

I received my product and then my card was charged $399 for a "subscription" I never signed up for. I have yet to receive a refund despite contacting customer service.
