Joela was brilliant from start to finish! This was my first time remortgaging so I was unsure of the process, Joela took the time to sit with me as many times as I needed and explained clearly all my options and everything I needed to know. Nothing was too much to ask. It was a completely different experience to what I had with other mortgage advisors previously and I couldn’t recommend her enough. Quite simply, Joela has been amazing! She advised and supported us when we were looking to move. Her knowledge, experience and expertise shone from when we first met with her.
