The product arrived quickly and is of good quality. It is working as advertised and I find I am not sneezing as much due to the additional filter it gives on my cpap machine

I was disappointed from the moment I received payment confirmation - at NO stage were USD mentioned on the website so my purchase went from AUD to USD only after payment was processed. It has taken some time to arrive as again it was not mentioned where the package was coming from.
I emailed them to mention my unhappiness with the undisclosed dollar conversion till after payment - and they said thank you for your feedback. We all know what that means.
Package arrived and machine is very basic and instructions very minimal. Not sure if I would recommend to other CPAP users at this stage - especially now that I have read some unhappy reviews

In one month the color of the filter changed from white to light grey. I feel so protected. I dont clean my hose as much as I should so having this filter is a plus.

I have the remed cpap machine for about 10 years and dry mouth was always an issue.
This new item. is good, but it only plugs in to the climate control tube, at the mask end of the tube, uncomfortable it is ,but it helps me with the dry mouth to some extent, time will tell if it is worth the trouble.
The humidifier of the cpap is a seperate issue, not used

I bought the steriliser a year ago and at the same time the inline filter for the CPAP machine. Both are great. So pleased with the job the steriliser does with the hoses and mask of the CPAP and very reassured by the presence of the filter to prevent any "greeblies" getting into my lungs.

First night with the filter and noticed a huge difference with quality of air, great product

Very expensive. Sold in Australia but shows US dollars so much more expensive than shown. Takes weeks to ship. all in all very inferior

The Nurvate CPAP ozone sterilizer has been easy to charge, set up and use. It has worked well aiding me to reduce the potential of secondary infections as I am vulnerable to such attacks.
The unit gives me peace of mind and contributes to my healthy treatment program

These filters are brilliant , I change every two months , when there is clear evidence of dust etc which could go on your lungs . Why the nhs didn’t provide with a CPAP machine , I don’t know . Arrived well packaged and promptly

They arrived in a timely manner and packaged well. The filters fit well. They work well and you can see by the contamination that is deposited on the filter medium that they certainly work. I didn't expect to collect that much contamination after the air previously was filtered with the Airsenses built in filter.

This product claims to block 99% of air borne pollutants but it also drastically reduces the air flow rendering CPAPs useless. Don't buy this product.

Ordered CPAP filters. I use a climate air line and it only works if you have the filter, with the mask I have, attached to the mask, impossible to sleep. It also restricts the airflow too much. They emailed to asked for photos which I sent then said I should try different ways of connecting which I had tried already. Also said they were fine filters and didnt reduce airflow, the actual filter is like thick compressed cotton wool, of course it would restrict flow. Then email came saying it was difficult with a climate air tube and I could have a refund if I sent back product and paid a 30% restocking fee. I said this was unacceptable and now they say I am out of time to get a refund. This is a company that says it offers hassle free refunds. Wish I had looked on here before ordering

Do not buy from this company. I bought a cpap cleaner when it arrived it wouldn’t work. I’ve sent numerous emails, sent video evidence was told I had to return product at my expense which I did only to have it returned not collected. Sent more photo evidence of the return and demanded a refund and now no reply. Horrendous customer service.
