Excellent products and service. Recently received a 250g bag of chlorella instead of a kg bag, they sorted it out swiftly, no problem. I think their cacao is delicious and the prices are very reasonable for the quality..Only had two orders, but so far I'm impressed!

This is regarding Stevia extract 90% on Nutricraft, And a review about Nutricraft.

Only one positive is that the Stevia tastes sweet and pleasant [but not fresh] in even so much as a spec of powder it's very sweet. But here's where things went wrong.

The best before date is only 14 months away, meaning this expensive 1kg tub will go past best before long before I can finish even down a quarter of it.
I emailed NutriCraft twice using 2 different emails over 2–4 weeks ago asking a simple question and still have received no reply. They are ghosting me because all I said to them was could you help me with a fresher tub.

I could even pay 30 quid instead of the 60 as a [gesture of good will] would you not do this for me because it seems like they gave me an old batch.

For Stevia fresh 90% extract should be 3–5 years before the best before date.

NutriCraft have clearly gone downhill. Terrible customer service these days, I used to get replies from them in the past, but they are a small company that think they are above everyone else, and very poor value for money on all their products.

I deserve better, and we all do, we should all stop ordering from them to teach companies a lesson in elegant customer care, and etiquette service.

Why?
Because it is respect for your customers, and this respect is what makes companies rich whilst keeping their customer care composure.

I will no longer purchase from them unless they reach out to me and make up for it.

Awful customer service from start to finish. Website didn't send a discount code when I needed one also. The email response I received was shocking. It was like dealing with an immature child with no empathy and obviously thinks life decisions and how they do business is the right way. Thats actually called insanity.

Used this company as my regular company had sold out of their cacou powder. I use cacou that is made with criollo beans, this company advertised this in the product but in fact when it arrived it is listed as only 75% criollo beans mixed with another 2 types… had they listed this on their page I wouldn’t have purchased. It’s not as rich and very grainy even in youghurt , I tried to mix it for a drink but it was undrinkable

I ordered a mushroom powder from this company and, although there were a few issues with stock availability due to a warehouse transition, I was really impressed with how they handled everything. They contacted me promptly to explain the situation, issued a refund without me even needing to ask, and still managed to send out the product — not just one pack, but two — even though it was originally sent in error.

The customer service was genuinely excellent: fast, transparent, and friendly throughout. As for the product itself — it’s high quality and exactly what I was hoping for. I’ve been using mushroom powders for a while, and this one is among the best I’ve tried.

Despite the initial hiccup, I wouldn’t hesitate to order again. Highly recommend both the product and the team behind it!

I came to Trustpilot without any request or prompt to do so, in order to leave a review, as I was honestly so impressed by this company, which goes by the name of Nutricraft with a .co.uk web address. Having just read the 2 poor reviews, which were the only reviews so far, I can see that the most recent one has been made in error as there is another company called Nutricraft who sell pans and kitchen equipment and who's website address is nutricraftcookware.com. They are based in the US and Australia. The Nutricraft I am reviewing is based in the UK and sells organic foods. The second Trustpilot review by Ben Allen does not make it clear what products he ordered so it may or may not be a review for this organic food company. Considering the excellent customer service I received, I feel that his review was likely for the nutricraftcookware.com company.
MY EXPERIENCE - I found a telephone number on Nutricraft's website and called to ask a couple of questions. I found the man I spoke to very friendly and helpful. Just having someone answer the phone when you call is getting to be a rareity these days. A few weeks later, when I was ready to order, I rang again and the man remembered my previous call. I had another query, this time it was about their delivery requiring signature, as that was a problem, but without hesitation they were happy to arrange to change to a different courier which resolved it. The products arrived on time with numerous updates and tracking information received via email and text. They were exceptionally well protected and carefully packed - one litre glass bottles of MCT oil individually packed in strong cardboard boxes which were placed in a larger box with other foods I ordered. The products are fantastic quality - organic dessicated coconut which is obviously dried but not hard like all the others I've tried, and organic powdered coconut milk which is so lovely I can eat it off a spoon! All in all they absolutely deserve 5 stars.

On December 2, 2022, I paid 497 euros for an order on offer! Now in October 2024! I did not receive the pans and the money was not reimbursed! I think a lot of people got scammed during that black friday period! A ghost company from Australia! I didn't get my money back!

I placed an order of £234 for this company, and they promised to deliver by a certain date. But nothing happened on that date, and the company would have completely forgotten me and ignored my order had I not emailed them.

The online response I received was quite the most bizarre, ridiculous and idiotic that I have ever encountered. It was like dealing with a five-year-old, no, more like a three-year-old. Extraordinarily inappropriate responses, time and again.

They did refund some of my money because "I shouldn't have been told that such-and-such was available" as if it was my fault.

And then they scheduled a delivery some days later. Unfortunately, after waiting in for four hours, I was told that I might have to wait for another five! With no guarantees even then!

Truly one of those shocking online companies that I wish I had never encountered.
