Quite surprised, the food is another level and made me feel I am having what I paid for at its best.
I suggest a bit more faster response to emails though

I would say this is the best I’ve tried, the quality uncompqrable (could be better in terms of price) I am happy overal.

I cant believe they make my favourite persian chicken, the quality is really nice and fresh.

I didn't receive my second box. I sent a message requesting a refund, but received no response from Nutrigenic at all.

I ordered food from them and it came dead!!! It shows use by 17th so its should be fresh, but its sooo bad. Everything they saying about them self that its fresh cooked is lie!! I have pictures to show it, but its not allowing to upload it here!!!

I’m very disappointed with the service I received from Nutrigenic.

I initially placed an order on their website, but shortly after I was moving to a new address, so I cancelled that order and placed a new one with my correct, updated address clearly provided.

Despite this, Nutrigenic still sent the delivery to my old address where I no longer live. The next day a friend contacted me saying there was a package delivered to his address. Neither of us knew what it was. I drove there to collect it and discovered it was the prep food from Nutrigenic. Unfortunately the meals had been sitting outside of a fridge for almost 24 hours, so I didn’t feel safe eating them.

I contacted their support team through their website explaining that my order had been sent to the wrong address even though I had clearly provided the new one when placing the order. I wasn’t trying to make a big issue out of it — mistakes happen — I simply asked if they could send future deliveries to the correct address.

However, I received no response at all. I also tried contacting them through WhatsApp and again received no reply.

Today another delivery was sent… and once again to my old address. At this point I cancelled all future orders. I have lost over £100, as the 7 meals I paid for had to be thrown away, and I even had to drive to another address to collect a delivery that was unusable.

Poor communication and repeated mistakes with something as basic as a delivery address is very frustrating, especially when dealing with perishable food. I expected much better customer service and support. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

Really amazing nutritional food that tastes really yummy n homemade. The portions were actually really good and service n packaging was really nice.

I ordered again Nutrigenic and still the food was full of flavour and felt just like a home-cooked clean meal — comforting, satisfying. The hygienic packaging added an extra layer of confidence and satisfaction. Great job! Will definitely be ordering again.

Its incredibly annoying that the food is good.However I wish I stayed away from this company, I can't believe how poor their customer service is.
I previously emailed the company for another matter and theor reply was rude and slightly embarrassing to come from a company.
We haven't recieved half an order as this has been destroyed by DPD, we have emailed and called numerous times however we haven't had any answer not even an auto reply. However ive emailed again from another email address and got an auto reply right away.

Mahmud -> really nice meals high in protein and actually taste like my mum’s made them fresh👍🏼 gets delivered twice a week unlike other meal prep places so stays fresh and the food is tasty - would recommend. Been with them 2+ months.

I have to say the customer service team are a friendly bunch and the food tastes so good as if you have your own personal chef. I have tried a few other meal prep companies but the quality of NutriGenic meals doesn’t compare at all.

I attempted to access my account to cancel my recurring subscription due to the substandard quality of the meals. However, the website’s authentication process was highly irregular; despite using my standard credentials, I was redirected to sign in via my iCloud account. I found this security prompt suspicious and declined to proceed.
I subsequently sent multiple cancellation requests via email well in advance of the renewal date, all of which went unacknowledged. Despite my proactive attempts to cancel, the company processed a charge on the day of delivery. Having already requested a cancellation, I refused the delivery at the door.
Customer support eventually responded—two days late and remarkably dismissive—stating that a refund was impossible because refusing the delivery was "my choice." I have now initiated a chargeback with my bank, as the company failed to honor my cancellation request and provides a service that is both poor in quality and lacking in basic security and support.

Can't wait receiving my order, it made my life way better eating quality, the packaging, the food 10/10

The best in the game, quality and portion size matchs the nutrion very well, this wasn't my first meal prep I've tried and I have to give it to them, it's top notch.
Would be great to have more fish options though

After receiving half of my first order I went online to cancel my subscription as Nutrigenic states you can cancel anytime but I was forced in to second week and there was no option to cancel from date I needed. I tried contacted customer service but had no answer even if they state they get back to you in 24 hours. I even tried live chats through WhatsApp that they have on their website and only got replay to use email supports which they don't replay to.
Now I been charged for second week this morning for service I don't need. I'm moving away and food will be delivered to a door where no one live anymore. There is no option to change delivery address on your account too so I wasn't even able to get this delivered to someone who could be able to use all 14 meals that I been charged for.
AVOID at any cost there is way more better companies that do care about their customers!
I did contacted my bank for refund and UK customer Law for their actions on this. Finally they came back to me but haven't helped at all. They delivered 4 meals out of 14 from my week 2 order that I wanted to cancel and 10 meals will go to waste. Well spend over £100. Avoid at any cost!!!

Amazing quality food, had a problem with DPD delivery but the complaint handling was brilliant best food company used and tried a few of the other big meal prep companies

Customer service is 10/10, fast response aswell as any issues being resolved without any hassle and an understanding team.
Would highly recommend Nutrigenic to anyone
