Be the tortoise!

Margaret and I were so looking forward to our collaboration with Hannah today! We were delighted to be able to report better results today vs. last week and had the "facts and data" to back it up. Hannah continues to be very responsive to our questions about healthier food choices. We are also discussing how we - given our Neurodiverse (ADHD) brains - can create an environment with light and nimble structure to support much more consistent habits. Thank you Hannah!

Not what it used to be

Used Nutrisense in 2021 and 2022 and loved it. Tried it this month and it’s a far cry from the program it used to be. You used to get 1:1 texting with a coach included. It cost less then and the sensor could be calibrated within the app for accuracy. I loved it. Now it comes with the Stelo which has issues with the adhesive and comes off early, can’t be calibrated and was often off on its readings. Not only do you have to pay $100 more a month now for the coaching but the app is more about what else you can purchase over your readings. You have to scroll through two ads to go from your chat to current reading. It’s obnoxious. And you also have to download the Stelo app along with the Nutrisense app. And it doesn’t tell you anything Stelo doesn’t tell you unless you’re paying all the extra fees for anything more than the basic reading. Don’t waste your time on this. There are so many less expensive CGM programs out there now. Customer service was very
helpful when I asked to cancel early
but that’s as positive a review as I can give.

Nutrisense has made things right, Keerthy in Customer Support has listened to my feedback and provided follow up multiple times. She has made it right and she is an amazing lead, answering all my questions and taking my feedback seriously. For that reason I am revising from a 1 rating to a 4. I cannot give a 5 as I think the company is going through some growing pains and I initially had a lot of frustration, but they are rebuilding trust and I think that is a sign of great company. In addition, my husband and I are seeing value in the service. I hope that they begin to keep the end user in mind as they continue to update their product offerings and app. Original review: I truly wish I could post a better review, but after almost a month, I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with this company. In all fairness, there is some benefits to the the Nutrisense app and the concept. The app is decent and once set up fairly easy to use and delivers what it says. It has been very eye opening to understand how the food you eat and glucose interacts with your body. Now to the bad and the reason I felt it was important to do a review, and I never post reviews. Instructions they send are very limited and unclear. You can figure it out, just make sure you set aside the time, read carefully and just know not to expect any company support. I understand there is third-party interaction, but Nutrisense, you could do way better! Adding the meals when you cannot scan is very clunky. The app does not provide a lot of interpretation of the numbers. The only way to communicate is via email or app, which is frustrating; however, I would not mind if I was able to get helpful responses. Customer Service is poor and lacks a clear understanding of the services they sell and how to answer simple support questions. Coach? Not really - Minimal articles in the app. Dietician, like all the Nutrisense communication is lacking, last minute go here and then they bill you extra after providing no support or guidance. There is so much exciting potential here, but I would highly suggest you look elsewhere. What is charged monthly is not worth it when all you get is an app with very limited to no support, unclear and poor communication, and unclear and limited instructions. Worse yet, the added unexpected fees begin to add up.

Waste of money

I was looking for help with a low b6, low fodmap diet.
I was disappointed that everything is AI generated or data you can find on the internet. The dietitian told me straight out that all of the meal plans are AI generated and when I said that all of the meals had high b6 foods I was told she couldn’t redo the plan until next week. Whenever I asked questions she would browse the internet and then present the screen where she found the answer. Waste of money.

This company is not honest in their…

This company is not honest in their subscription practices. I tried to cancel the subscription the same day once I found out what it was and how much they wanted to charge me. It came up in a facebook ad, and I didn't realize it was a subscription to help review sensors I already pay for. I thought I was giving them information so I can see how much they would charge me to get the sensors from them and use their app the same way I us freestyle libre. The was Dec. 30, Now Jan. 5th I will not be given a refund because they process it on 2nd... so no way to cancel 31st, Jan.1st... do not use this company!!!

Stelo CGM

A few years ago, I tried Nutrisense and got the Dexcom CGM. It worked great. I only had a problem with one of them. Since then I have reenlisted and they have sent the Stelo CGM. I have had nothing but problems with them. I can’t get one of them to last for more than seven days. I asked for a different kind and they said that there was no such thing. I can’t believe I’m the only one having problems with them. This is the sixth one I’ve used. Very disappointed. And out a lot of money.

Great Experience

My first video consultation was seamless with Nutrisense checking and verifying my insurance coverage for me and confirming my coverage. Speaking with a dietician was more beneficial than I expected giving me support and actionable recommendations on next steps that were attainable. I look forward to improving my health with the support of Nutrisense.

Tracking my Blood Glucose Level is a Game Change

Bill issues and providers leaving

I was billed incorrectly three times for what should have been no-cost appointments. This created a huge issue with my insurance provider. This error took place after I had been a client for several months.

Also, the two nutritionists I’ve had through the company have left. If that’s not a sign for me to leave, then I must be blind.

Achieving Goals!

Using the Nutrisense nutritionist service has been an invaluable tool in my weight loss journey. I receive personalized macro plans as well as sleep and exercise goals and plans. I gain valuable insight to nutritional data and body data as well as educational information. We also create food/meal plans as well as exercise and sleep plans. I highly recommend this service.
