Ordered a bunch of U bolts in January for a project that I did not get to until recently. I discovered that the order was shipped with only half the nuts ordered. I figured it was too late to mention so I just ordered them anyway. Left a note on my new order referencing the old order number and what had happened. They made it right and are sending me the missing bolts for free. Love this company and their customer service

I truly apologize! My rant was supposed to be for the beauty company called The Nutty Tree. Your response was quick and totally addressed. As you checked to see that you did not have any order from me nor did you receive any voicemails from me. I mistakenly emailed your complaint line but called their phone number. Hopefully they will respond as quickly as you did. Thank you very much. And when I am looking to shop for some nuts and bolts, I'll know exactly where to order them from.

I didn't have a large order, just needed stainless bolts for my RAV4 license plate holders (front and back); the originals were rusty and hard to remove when I got new plates. The Nutty Company had what I needed at a fair price. Needed to pay shipping but it costs more to drive around town looking for things like this, and getting frustrated when nothing is found.

Quality fasteners in a reasonable amount of delivery time. I only wish that the minimum amount that had to be ordered could have been smaller, to lower the postage rate on shipping.

Received the hardware and ACME threaded rod, packaging was very secure. This is important to me as i had purchased 1 1/4" nuts and washers. ACME threaded rod looks very cleanly machined, no burs, galling, etc. Will definitely use The Nutty Company again.
