Today is Good Friday, a public holiday. My wife just called NWH to ask whether they are collecting. We got straight through to a very helpful and polite customer service rep, who was able to confirm not only that NWH are operating today, but the exact time they'd called at her dental practice and precisely what items had been uplifted. Remarkable service!

After signing up with Great Western Recycling in December we received lots of conflicting dates and days for collection as well as the incorrect fortnightly cycle. After much frustration I contacted NWH directly and have now at last been given the correct dates and schedule. Organ Grinder & Monkey spring to mind!

I would like to pass on my thanks to the driver who was on Pomathon Road, Penicuik recently. He showed much consideration when driving and slowed down when vehicles were approaching on twists and bends. As an elderly driver I found this to be very polite and considerate. 😃😃

The majority of your drivers are perfectly reasonable and competent professionals but the driver of your skip lorry reg T24 NWH who was driving along ferry road this morning his an absolute menace on the road. Doesn’t give way to the right at roundabouts and forces other road users, myself included to break while he uses is entirely huge lorry that’s surrounded in steel or cast iron “protectors” aka ram shields to bully his way through traffic knowing fine well that more vulnerable road users don’t stand a chance but to take evasive action so he can come through. PS the tires on the rear of that thing looked like the tread at the rear is away, may want to check on those (as well as asking your driver if he’s aware of the Highway Code)

Our account manager Siobhan in Edinburgh has been exceptional in servicing our new account. Her response time is great and the resolution of teething problems has been excellent. Highly professional.

We changed our supplier after nightmare previous suppliers. Barry called into our new office on the off chance and I am pleased he did!! Account set up easily and Victoria and the girls in the office are fab to deal with!! Special shout out to Siobhan (apologies if the name is spelt wrong) who sorted me a 12 yrd skip out at 20 past 4 on a Friday to be delivered the next morning. Superstar!!

We had a couple of jobs up in Scotland, one just outside of Edinburgh, and another in Loch Lomond. Shaunni facilitated absolutely everything we needed, we had rough access across both sites, everything was on time, we were kept up to date constantly and any amendments that were needed Shaunni sorted for us. Honestly, top job, I couldn’t recommend enough!

Not often we use NWH, but whenever we do Shaunni Kingwell is incredibly helpful, very attentive, efficient and goes the extra mile to make sure the service requested is fulfilled in a timely manner. Will continue to use when the opportunity arises.

We have been using NWH on our project in East Lothian since Nov 24. The service all round has been excellent and their online portal has been a great asset for our sustainability and compliance reporting. All the required information in one handy place. Shaunni has been our contact for the last 6-months or so and has been fantastic to deal with. All requests and queries are handled quickly and effectively.
