I ordered from this company I ordered a vape 2 packs of pods and 2 packs of coils not only did they send the WRONG VAPE but never shipped 4 items I ordered in the same order I don’t know if they forgot them or what but then I try to contact them they take forever and very vague on their response worst I mean worst experience EVER!!! I never got my correct order OR MY MONEY BACK they sent me a return label THEN THE NEXT DAY SENT AN EMAIL SAYING MY ORDER ISN’T ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN. PHONIEST COMPANY I EVER DEALT WITH SO NOW I PAID $90.85 for only a $30 vape one I would never have ordered BUT NOW INCOMPETENT DO YOU NEED TO BE TO WORK FILLING SIMPLE ORDERS, so I’m a very extremely angry customer and the worst part my dispute to my credit card was denied so that really pissed me off

I ordered a brown mod from NYC Glass 718 and they sent me a red one instead. When I reached out, they refused to just send the correct item. They insisted I had to use their return label and ship the wrong one back myself. I had already thrown it away because it was useless to me.

They then threatened to use my messages against me in the credit card dispute I opened and dismissed what I said as some kind of dramatic essay. Their whole approach was to make their mistake my problem and fight me on it rather than fix it.

I checked other reviews after this happened and saw the same pattern. They have an F rating on BBB because they do not respond to complaints. One person wrote that the company took their money and never sent the order, and nobody answers the phone or replies to emails or Facebook messages. Another review simply said it is a horrible company and to stay far away.

If you are thinking about ordering from them, do not. They send the wrong item, make you jump through hoops to fix it, and then turn aggressive when you push back. Not worth the hassle.

Website was easy to find and well laid out. Ordering was very easy as well. Cannot find this product in our area and when you do it is only a small amount like a few containers. I rely on this to help my fibromyalgia pain.

I was a happy customer for about a year: great selection, great customer service, and great products. But...my last order. Sigh.
I rarely write a bad review so this isn't easy but it's definitely necessary.
I made my selections, ordered, and paid. Then I get a call from Charlie telling me they were out of several items (despite the website saying otherwise), so I had to pick out replacements. OK, no biggie. Then my order arrived.
The most expensive item arrived smashed, broken, and having leaked THC oil all over everything else in the package. The second most expensive item was the wrong color. No problem, right? Any issue in the past was addressed immediately, and to my complete satisfaction, as they have great customer service.
Except that has changed. I let the Bot know I needed assistance and sent photos, even repeating my contact info twice... no response, no follow-up. I gave it 24 hours and then emailed Customer Service along with photos... no response, no follow-up. It's now been 3 days.
So I guess I just trashed $65 (products) and $10 (shipping), AND wasted a $5 credit from a good review I wrote in the past. My minimum wage-paying job can't support businesses like this anymore.
I no longer recommend this company, and I don't think anyone else should trust them, either. Unless you like holding cash out in front of you, lighting it on fire, and watching it turn to ash. And if you do, just send it to me instead of these guys.

I ordered from this site thinking it was legit. Everything looked fine tons of 5-star reviews, clean website… but that’s where the illusion ends. I never got my order. Days turned into weeks. I reached out, and after being ignored, I finally got a reply from “Charlie,” who claimed to be the owner. Instead of helping, he was rude, sarcastic, and blamed me for their shipping issues.

Here’s the worst part they kept posting fake 5-star reviews to drown out complaints like mine. Classic scam tactic. Save yourself the money and stress. This isn’t a real business it’s a trap.
