Very comfortable from the start, no rubbing at all and look so nice.. walked for miles and if you know St Ives there’s steep roads and hills..
will definitely be buying more colours..

I bought a pair of barefoot trainers
I bought a pair of barefoot trainers, for my mother after she had a stroke, Because she needed to feel the ground under her feet to maintain her balance while in recovery. 100% Improvement. She loves them, wears them out, around the house, on the patio while sweeping.
Honestly got nothing but good things to say, would highly recommend.

Really lovely leather and suede…
Really lovely leather and suede barefoot trainers. Don’t necessarily look obviously barefoot so can be worn as fashion trainers.
Beautifully made, lovely colours. Lined in leather too. So comfortable to wear. Well packaged, and quite quick delivery.
A little bit big for me, but they are already the smallest size available so I’m keeping them anyway as it’s taken me ages to find a pair that I like so much which aren’t made from synthetic materials.
Very happy with my purchase, and I will enjoy wearing them for a long time.

BEWARE of their return policy fine prints
The company sent the shoes in a partly bent shoe-box wrapped in a plastic bag. The shoes did not fit, so I needed to return them. I was afraid they would fall out of the box, so I taped it for security and provided a new plastic bag on top.
The company then charged me TEN PERCENT (7 pounds!!) for a new box and ‚admin fees‘, as I caused ‚damage‘ to their bent box. This is hideous money grabbing - I have never experienced such ‚blame the customer‘ behaviour before. Charging 7 Pounds to put shoes into a new cardbordbox is just beyond imagination…

We are sorry you are disappointed with our free returns procedure.
We do make very clear on the first page of our returns information. Please do not attach tape or labels to the shoe box.
Also when creating the free return label you did tick the box agreeing not to attach tape or labels to the shoe box.
The reason for this is the box is an important part of the purchase and once the box is sealed and damaged with tape, we cannot resell the return as new.
Unfortunately it is impossible for us to carry a supply of spare boxes with all the correct labels etc for every style, size and colour we stock.
Under our terms and conditions we could have simply returned your order to you. However to try to be as fair and reasonable as possible we made a small deduction of 10%, as we are now unable to resell your return as brand new item.

Great quality boots, I am so happy with them. Delivery was quick. Would definitely recommend Oak & Hyde to everyone.
