Interest rate from 21% to 51 % at final calculation
The process is seamles, easy to navigate on the app etc. Details have been garnered from credit score etc. The interest rate offered was great at 21% repayment.
HOWEVER,
UPON FINAL CALCULATION, YOU END UP PAYING 51% INTEREST RATE. That is not great, not sure how they arrive at such figure either. While others may be critical stating thats how these things work, the interest rate of repayment was initially offered at 21%. This should not amount to 50% at final calculation, for me that disingenuous (hidden fees).

The application was easy but the process was slightly time consuming between receiving the application and the actual process of paying directly to debtors. I feel like I would have had an easier time paying them directly. Nonetheless, the customer service was good which always helps!

I applied for a debt consolidation loan after showing Experian a pre-approved offer and providing all the necessary information. They declined the loan and proceeded to put me on a repayment plan with my existing creditor without my consent, damaging my credit score. Now I can’t even use my Monzo Flex credit because of them.
