This review is only for actually purchasing the product as I have no experience of their customer service should I need to make a claim - this is always a gamble when buying an insurance policy!
The purchase process was easy however it was difficult to work out the extent of the winter sports off piste cover until you had actually purchased. After this, it was clear and what I needed, but not available until this point.

We invite customers to leave a review based upon a number of things. This could be the product, customer journey, interaction with our call centre or as you say (and most importantly) at point of claim. It's also worth highlighting we have MyDoctor within our policies, which enables you to call a GP if you have any issues while abroad.
We're sorry the winter sports off piste cover wasn't as clear as it could of been and we'll be sure to feed this back in to our product team for review.

Thankfully never had to claim, so not totally sure how to rate . However I’m not a fan of you just being able to take money out of my account without checking first !!! People have circumstance changes all the time, please in future check before you do this .
