Many thanks to the lady who I spoke to, unfortunatly I don't remember her name.
She was able to answer all may questions regarding the electric readings & gave me advice on other questions I asked her.
She was very clear & polite.

We have moved our new branch to Octopus Energy due to the excellent customer service, easy to use portal etc. We had problems switching initially with the previous provider but Octopus Energy persevered and I'm glad to say the switch went smoothly.

Call handler was really good. VERY VERY dissapointed to need to pay a deposit to switch over!!!

Initial dealings regarding changing of the meter proved rather lenghy and left us as we later found out in perilous danger.
We did lose 24+ hours of business due to being cut off and your agents unable to provide a 3 phase engineer out of hours.
However, once an engineer attended Tahesha was most helpful and informative. For this element of service I would give 5 stars

Renewal of Business Gas contract. I was offered a rate online for 14 days. When I went back to renew , the rates were different. Octopus honoured my original quote. Agent was very helpful

Renewed my contract. Competitive price. Sunil explained about different options and emailed so I can check and decide what suits me best.

I am a new customer - and struggled with registering online. Your representative Coby was particularly helpful. With Coby’s help, I have now registered and given up to date meter readings.

The problem was identifying the correct meters and also finding day time and night time readings. So obvious - once this was explained to me. Thank you.

Problems with Octopus dashboard on my device remain but a prompt workaround by Lula gave the information needed to change the tariff on our account.

As usual Octopus gave excellent customer service. Answered quickly, listened to the problem, arranged for it to be dealt with and even gave some compensation even though the issue is with an external company. Jade was polite and efficient and in this day and age a rarity- human! Couldn't recommend them more.

Sunil, answered the phone quickly and told me everything I wanted to know.He sent me an email and was prepared to stay on the phone to make sure the email came through safely. Top man !
