The device came with a good size numbing cream, a moisturizing sunscreen and healing cream, along with some acne patches. I’d say this set has a great price. I’ve had the removal of my skin tag and warts done and paid more for it.

This plasma pen from Acora Life is incredibly disappointing and, frankly, dangerous. Even on the lowest setting, it’s far too strong. Instead of lightly treating the surface, it burns deep into the skin. What I expected was something that gently targets the top layer and allows pigment to wipe away. What I got felt more like a glorified soldering iron — the kind used in old woodworking classes to burn designs into wood. Except this time… it’s your face. 😬

On setting 1, it still created a deep scab that took a long time to heal. It’s not precise, not subtle, and definitely not beginner-friendly. If you’re hoping for gentle cosmetic use, this is not it. The strength is simply excessive, especially for darker spots.

I also regret trusting the TikTok hype. The reviews make it seem easy and safe, but my experience was the opposite. This device is extremely aggressive and can cause real skin damage if you’re not careful.

To make matters worse, they would not refund my money, which only added to the frustration.

If your goal is to damage your skin, sure — this will do the job. Otherwise, I strongly recommend looking at other brands designed to treat only the very top layer. This one is far too harsh. 🚫

No problem with this device or receiving this device. Only disappointing thing is that the strength, even on lowest setting is too strong to use on dark sports. Some devices are just able to burn the veey top layer and easily wipe away dark pigment. This one was very strong and caused a pretty deep scab that took a while to heal. Knowing this, I would have bought another brand.

Do not order from this company, I received my order from "Ruby" in Chicago. Horrible packaging and the only way to contact customer service is by email. Also you have like 10 days from the day you receive it to return it. And it takes them ar least 24 hours to respond to your email!!! And you cant post reviews on Facebook which is where i originally saw the ad

I submitted an inquiry about the product, I received feedback the next day. I tried one spot, I am waiting to see the results after healing to try it of my face. I am nervous but exited for the results.

It took a long time to come and almost called my cc company to dispute, but they were sending emails to be patient so I hanged on. It worked well for me, got rid of warts on my neck and shoulders. I had to check youtube for instructions since I couldn’t understand theirs.

I ordered the ocura pen with needles extra . It never came . Months later my bank card company started an investigation as to why they took the money and sent no product. Was really hoping it was for real , just another ripoff company.

I ordered this product December 10, 2025. It’s January 22, 2026 now.
The package is not coming.
I emailed them to get a refund and they said they are sending me another one because it was lost.

I said I don’t want the product and I wanted a refund. I don’t want another to be sent to me. This product does not exist.

I just want my money back.

This is a scam.

The reason why I give this type rating as the customer service company was A+ and worked with me in trying to send my item back. However, this still have bugs that need to be ironed out, and I would strongly suggest as I am sure proof has been seen by now that with usage of this device, it heated up in my hand an emitted a burning electrical smell and that from the time I had bought this item to when I received, this item should be recalled for that time duration/ or to reach out to customers that had bought the same item I did at time to notice and problems etc. Nonetheless, it would've been great if I had gotten a refund for the delivery fee I had to pay as well as this item was defective for me, which most likely was proven upon receipt etc. So bottom-line, product could be better and should be tested out before shipping to customers.

the product is great and worth the wait please be patient it takes more time than expected to recieve the product but well worth the wait. Use as directed and it performs.

I love the plasma pen!!! I had no issues in receiving my purchase. It's been completely phenomenal for me. I was able to safely remove dozens of skin tags and deep acne scars. I’ve only been using it for a month. The imperfections literally melt away. A small scab for a couple of days then, Like it was never there.

It does take a long time to get, but dont worry it does come. Be patient everyone! But when I did get it I had everything I needed. And I was surprised...It really did work. Larger tags, you have to do a couple of times before completely gone BUT IT WORKS! Very happy with this product so far. Only been using it for like a month.

This tool does a good job of removing skin tags, age spots and warts. It can be a little painful and there is a slight burning smell but it works!

OK, I’m updating my review. I did receive the product I ordered. Even though I said don’t buy from this company, I guess if you are patient you will finally receive your order. Mine took 20 days. Not sure why it takes that long, but at least I received it.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! Spent $87 on a product and accessories on September 3rd. Still have not received it. Contacted Customer Support and received a link on how to track the package which I already knew and have been tracking. The problem is the product has a shipping label and tracking number but has never been given to the shipper USPS. God knows if I will ever get it. Looks like I’m out $87.

The product works great. Issue with some part not in package and staff so helpful. Valery stayed in touch until issue sorted. Postage is very slow but I guess when this cheap something has to give. I appreciated the savings.

I ordered from OcuraLife on July 5, and I’m extremely disappointed with the entire experience.

At checkout, the site clearly stated “Tracked Shipping (4–10 Business Days)”, which played a major role in my decision to purchase. In reality, the package didn’t arrive until July 31 — well past the promised timeline. During the delay, I contacted customer service asking for a refund because I had paid $24.99 for an extra pack of needles that were suddenly being offered for free in a promotion. I explained that I wouldn’t have placed the order had I known, but they refused to issue a refund or acknowledge how misleading this felt.

When the product finally arrived, I was further disappointed. In my opinion, the overall presentation felt like a cheap drop-shipped item dressed up to look like a premium brand. The packaging was bare-bones and looked nothing like something from a reputable skincare or health company.

I was especially concerned about the numbing cream included in the kit. The label says it was manufactured in China, and given the lack of transparency and the overall low-quality experience, I don’t feel comfortable or safe using it. I honestly don’t trust the quality or sourcing of the product.

The unit is amazing. I had a small wart on my lip for five years. After one treatment the wart is gone overnight. Just a small scab remains. I am very happy with this purchase.

I was very dubious at first, but I finally ordered and waited quite a long time. The tracking number showed that my item was in a warehouse in China being processed. Concerned because I thought this was a U. S. company, I contact Ocura and they responded quickly and were very helpful in explaining things. About two weeks later I received the product. Other than the delay in shipping, I found the Ocura laser pen to do everything that the company explained. I have used it several times and am very pleased with the results. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

I ordered this product on 7/12 and now it is 7/22. I still have not received the product. Now they want me to review.
