I am not sure whether this is a scam, but I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I would not recommend your website to anyone, and I intend to share my honest review and experience on public forums.

I purchased this dress from your UK website, but you expected me to return it to a warehouse in the USA. The dress cost only £25, yet the return shipping would cost more than the item itself. This is exactly why I requested to cancel my order well before it was delivered.

Unfortunately, my cancellation request was not honored, and the dress arrived only after my event had already passed—around 10–15 days later. This has been a very frustrating experience.

Thank you for this disappointing experience. It has been a lesson for me not to order from unfamiliar websites in the future.

Ordered trousers in dark grey. Delivery took a very long time and the wrong colour arrived.
Tried to ring the number on their contact details. It does not exist. I have checked the Leeds address they give and cannot find it on Google maps or Royal Mail postcode checker. The 'limited' company does not exist on Companies House register.
I have sent email & filled in contact form to arrange a return - they state money back guarantee exists - but have had no response

It was a straightforward and easy purchase. Checkout was easy and the product looks good. I'm excited about thos purchase and hope to stick around

Clear display of products.

Terrible company and feel ripped off. My item took weeks to arrive and when received is different to the photos on the website in design and fit. Also the quality of the material is cheap. The company appears as British on their website with a Westfield London shop front, but then given the option to return to the USA for a refund. This is just not practical so I am pushing for a partial refund but they have now gone radio silent - don’t be scammed by this company.m and avoid.

Please and please avoid this store at all costs. I have lost about £50

Order has arrived today, however I ordered 2 identical items in 2 colours but 2 different styles have arrived.

Terrible!!!The boots I ordered are nothing like the photo.They took weeks to arrive.Says company is in London but to return boots it’s a Los Angeles address.

First time I’ve ordered from Odiwe and it was a very smooth ordering experience.

I ordered some shoes and the ones I received were completely different from those on the pictures. Not only were they different but the quality is absolutely shocking. I contacted their customer services and to return the item means paying for shipping to America! The shoes are going in a skip and there is no way I would order anything again from this website. I was surprised by the number of 4/5 star reviews but they offer you a discount to leave a review long before your order arrives.

Very easy order process. I received an email confirmation very quickly, and received an offer to add to my order with a discount, which I followed but the discount was not applied and the 'insurance' option did not cancel... awaiting a response form odiwe....
