Literally horrible product, horrible customer service, complete waste of money, 30 day refund is a scam . 20% restocking fee and they make you send remaining product back and pay for shipping yourself. AWFULLL

Absolutely a scam. They state you can return an item but it will “never get to them” and neither will your money. Stay away from this company. Your money will continue to leak away from your credit card. And you will never get returns credited back

I use to love these mask, but then they changed and the last two times I used there masks my skin was red for a week or more after. Should of stayed with the original formula, what a shame

Parcel never arrived. Probably due to terrible Evri but I have not been given a full refund with £15 deducted for restocking! I am furious with an expensive order ordered a month ago and no product and no full refund.

Skin was red hot and irritated after using. I do not have sensitive skin.

The experience is not very nice. Please when you buy check the subscription. Tried to cancel as soon as I got an email to say they were shipping and received their speel in the answer. Lost a lot of money. Silly me should have checked

This company charged me, a month after I placed an order and dispatched another unwanted order. They have refused to except return of the item and give me a refund.
It was not clear on their website that is would happen every month until cancelled. I would not have made the original purchase if I had known this was a "subscription"
Avoid this company as it's a SCAM.

They lock you into a sneaky subscription which is incredibly difficult to get out of. And the masks are hopeless! Awful quality.

Do not order!!!! When you make your first purchase, you are automatically enrolled in the monthly subscription unknowingly. I learned about the charge an hour ago and they will not cancel the order, they will only cancel the subscription.

Just read the reviews. Wish I had before buying these useless masks. Apparently I signed up to a subscription (yeah right) and they just took my money with absolutely no warning or ability to cancel this subscription. I immediately messaged them to say I did not want the masks and they said it was too late. So i’m currently down £120.

Cheats! They keep charging even after you unsubscribe

Received my order today. The advertising leans heavily on Korean branding, yet the product is actually made in China. That was not made clear upfront. If a company is not transparent about something as basic as where the product is manufactured, it naturally makes me wonder what else they are not being fully open about. For that reason, I do not trust the brand and refuse to use the product.

I only ordered the product once but continue receiving and being billed. I’ve emailed and received no response. I just received another one today. I don’t even use this product. It doesn’t work. Please do not be scammed. Do not place an order with this company.

Definitely a scam company. They start auto shipping monthly orders if you order anything.

If you’re thinking about buying those “so called amazing” masks from Quasi… don’t. Unless you also want a surprise subscription you never asked for and a company that apparently thinks “cancel” means “ship it anyway and charge her card again.” 🙃

I requested cancellation. They still sent the product. I asked to return it. Suddenly prepaid return labels don’t exist anymore. Funny how that works when it’s your money and their mistake.

So yeah… lesson learned. I won’t order from them again, and if you value your wallet and your sanity, you might want to think twice too. Buyer beware. 💸🚩 filing with the BBB to get this fraud company put out of business for its shady business practices.

The masks are cheap and the benefits are subpar. I will never order again and I am not doing a dispute with my bank currently for fraud.

Very bad reaction to my skin, not realising it’s a monthly commitment. No warning that payment will be coming out. I msg straight away, and they couldn’t cancel, had plenty of time to cancel order. No have to wait until received, then offer a 20% refund and I keep… they react to my skin, why would I want it to keep it… will only give a 80% refund and I have to pay for shipping back overseas!!! SCAM COMPANY and dodgy product! DO NOT BUY!!

I ordered 2 pks of masks and they charged me for a second order I never placed for an additional 9 pkgs of masks, which cost me another $251! I have contacted customer svc and they are not helping me at all.
Also, the product is crap.

These are awful and beware this is a subscription that they don’t tell you in advance. It’s impossible to cancel. They should be reported to the BBB.

Absolute scam, don’t purchase from them, useless products, long wait times, ridiculous returns policy and cold and horrible customer service. They lock you in to a subscription and make it near impossible to cancel AVoid!!!

I would give it a 0 if I could. I ordered 2 Collagen night wrapping mask 8 days ago and it still has not even shipped. I tried to cancel the order the very first day I got it there’s no phone number and I left emails and they’re giving me the runaround saying that it’s already processed and I got no package yet! They will not cancle the products and there is not a legit phone number to get a hold of anyone! What do I do now?
