I started using Cheap meds 5 months ago. I have Afib and kidney issues and the meds are expensive here (even with insurance)!
I had a shipment recently stolen and needed a replacement and they were great to work with. I had to repurchase and couldn't expedite but, they even checked back to see if they were received yet! Always very helpful!

i would love to do much more business with your company but im having a very hard time with your payment options -- my bank computer keeps denying this check payment --- ive tried vemno but that has only worked once im not good with computers so i dont know how to fix this i just wish that you would take debit card or credit cards

After 6 orders my experience is this is a very reliable, quick and easy to deal with Canadian pharmacy. 3 of my 6 orders were delivered in 3 weeks. 2 within 5. One never showed up. A quick chat got a replacement order as they acknowledged non-delivery.
Communications are excellent, tracking is provided for both the international carrier and USPS. Prices are not the lowest. But the lowest priced pharmacies, in my experience, are not worth dealing with. Last, when ordering from Canada you need a buffer stock. I try to carry a 90 day buffer. For orders that never show up or run late.

Your customer service rep was useless. I gave her the facts and she told me that wasn't true, said I got a order I never got, said an email was never sent that I have, i received an order several months ago that had half of the boxes empty inside, she said that never happened, i told her i sent pictures and received a replacement for those and she said it wasnt true, she said i owed money for the replacements, that your company never does that, i told her i have an email explaining you were sending the replacement, she said there was no record of it, i have done business with you for 12 years, never had problems till lately,
You always call my doctor to renew my prescription, for 12 years but she said you never do that and I need to get my prescription and send it
So I took time to drive to my doctor, get the prescription and send it, hopefully someone there can find a way to send my order

MEDICATIONS DELIVERED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS USELESS. I PAID FOR THE SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TO THE RIGHT ADDRESS AND THEY ARE SENDING ME TO USPS CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR ME TO RESOLVE THEIR ISSUE. I DON'T HAVE LOCAL POST OFFICE, AS I DON'T LIVE IN THE US.

I began the process of ordering my prescription in late March. I knew from experience that the process was slow so I did this while I still had some medicine left. Apparently my physician's office wrote an improper dosing so only a fraction of the prescription could be filled. I called the physician's office and had them refax the RX. Offshore Cheap Meds said they never received it. I had the Dr repeat the process. Again OCM said they hadn't received it. I had the Dr's office double check the fax number and resend it again. They still couldn't find it. The OCM representative was nice but extremely difficult to understand. Through this process I requested repetitively that she call the Dr's office since I was stuck in the middle and wasting a lot of time. In the end she acquiesced and it was solved that day. Since then I sent the payment after getting notice that the RX was approved. I still have not received the medicine although I understand it is on its way.

they keep saying it is lost in transit. they cashed my payment check 2 months ago. My latest email has gone unanswered for a week.

Very good service and great communication, let you know what is happening. Some of the best service i have ever had. And also saved me thousands of dollars. Let me buy generics that I could not get from local drug stores. A little difficult the method of payment, but don't let this scare you away.
