I kept trying to get this company to STOP charging my AM EX card $19.90 monthly. They did it for four months even though I did NOT order t-shirts after an initial order that I paid for! I have tried several ways to contact them and get a credit put on my card. Unfortunately, I now will call the police and launch an investigation because my account has not been credited. Do NOT buy from them!

Listen up, future customers: OH Garments (ohgarments.com) is a straight-up SCAM. I’m here to scream from the rooftops about the absolute hell they put me through over a cheap $28.90 pair of earrings. If they can screw me over this badly for $28.90, imagine the nightmare they’d unleash on you for a $200 order. This isn’t just bad customer service—it’s a calculated con, and I’m here to make sure you don’t fall for it like I did.
The Order and Immediate Cancellation Attempt
On April 14, 2025, at 10:21 AM, I ordered “OH Diamond Studded Striped Earrings” (1 piece, $24.90 + $4 shipping, totaling $28.90 USD). Five minutes later—FIVE MINUTES—I realized I didn’t want them. Their website clearly states you can cancel “immediately” after placing the order, so I emailed their support at 10:21 AM, saying, “Hello, can you please cancel my order? Thank you.” I figured “immediately” meant within 24 hours, which I clearly met. But OH Garments had other plans—plans to screw me over royally.
They Shipped Anyway and Gave a Fake Apology
Three days later, on April 17 at 2:14 PM, I got a notification that my order had shipped. SHIPPED! I was beyond pissed. I emailed them immediately: “I have literally sent an email to ask for cancellation after just a while from placing the order and now I got a notification of the shipping. What does that mean?” I was seething but trying to keep it together. That same day at 4:12 PM, they responded with a fake-apology email: “I sincerely apologize for the confusion… I just saw your cancellation request, and I’m currently reaching out to our team to see if we can still process the cancellation before the order is shipped. Please bear with me for a moment while I check on this for you.” Bear with them?! They had three days to cancel my order, and now they’re acting like they’re doing me a favor by “checking”? I knew they were playing games.
The “Another Team” Excuse—Nine Days Later!
On April 21 at 10:49 AM, after days of silence, I followed up: “Did you cancel my order?” Nothing. Radio silence. Finally, on April 23 at 7:44 PM—NINE DAYS after my initial request—they emailed me: “Hi, thanks for reaching out to us. We have forwarded your request to the assigned team please wait 2 to 3 business days before the cancellation request is processed by our assigned team.” ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! A “different team” for a $28.90 order?! This isn’t a million-dollar corporate merger—it’s a cheap pair of earrings! Why does it take a whole new team to cancel an order I requested to cancel five minutes after placing it? They’re clearly stalling, hoping I’d give up so they could keep my money. It’s disgusting and manipulative.
Non-Delivered Earrings and a Broken Tracking Link
Here’s the kicker: I never even got the earrings! The tracking link they sent doesn’t work—big surprise there. So not only did they ignore my cancellation, ship the item anyway, and string me along for over a week, but they didn’t even deliver the product I paid for. I’m out $28.90, with nothing to show for it but a headache and a burning rage. They took my money and left me with a broken tracking link—how is this not a scam?
Their “Return Policy” Is a Joke
Let’s talk about their so-called “return policy”—or lack thereof. OH Garments only accepts returns if the item is damaged. Good luck with that! If they can’t handle a simple cancellation request for a $28.90 order, do you really think they’ll lift a finger to help you with any issues after the sale? I highly doubt it. They couldn’t even get my earrings to me, and their tracking system is a joke—imagine trying to prove an item is damaged to these clowns. You’ll be stuck with whatever overpriced junk they send you, with no way to return it unless it’s broken. And even then, I bet they’d make the process a living nightmare. This isn’t a company; it’s a trap.
My Final Warning—Save Yourself the Rage
I’m absolutely livid. OH Garments treated me like garbage, ignored their own cancellation policy, failed to deliver my order, and left me with a broken tracking link and a “wait for another team” excuse that’s laughably pathetic. They’re a disgrace, and I’m not going to let them scam anyone else without a fight. If you’re thinking of buying from them, DON’T. Save your money, save your sanity, and save yourself from the rage I’m feeling right now. OH Garments, you’re a pathetic scam, and I hope every potential customer sees this review and runs the other way. Shame on you.

Jeg har købt et par bukser og efter at have ventet i næsten 3 uger dukkede de endelig op.
Det viste sig at de var købt for små i størrelsen og jeg ville derfor gerne bytte til en ny og større størrelse.
Dette kan ikke lade sig gøre, man kan hverken bytte til anden vare/størrelse eller få refunderet sine penge.
Jeg vil aldrig handle ved dette sted mere og anbefaler andre det kraftigste heller ikke at gøre det.
So I found this set and Bottoms that I fell in love with. I paid for the full price with discounted shipping. I waited over a month for the clothes to come in for August and it wasn't until I reached out to customer service that I was informed that my skirt and top were actually sold out.I unenthusiastically received a pair of shorts and men's pants. The sizing was fine. The quality was fine, but I'm really upset that I was charged for something that was sold out. I got a refund but still. They need to update their systems in order to accurately reflect the stock of their inventory. Zero stars.

I bought some pants from them, 3 weeks later they still weren’t delivered. So I messaged customer service to know the status, they just told me that the pants were sold out. They offered me store credit for the same amount of Money or the option to receive a refund. 1 week later and still no response on that.
They sent me a size 6 when I ordered a size 16 and are now refusing to refund me. I have had no other option, but to contact my bank. DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE!!!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. IT IS A SCAM. I ordered a pair of mens jeans (male model and clearly not the jeans that arrived). The jeans arrived three weeks late and were womens jeans. When I tried to complain and get a refund I was told that I couldn't as it had been more than 7 days since my order. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS ME AND GIVE THESE SCAMMERS YOUR MONEY.
Ordered a shirt, was terrible quality with streak marks from the dyeing process. Contacted the company for a refund as it’s a faulty item and heard nothing back. Avoid this company at all costs
Pants i ordered where nothing like its pictures. They looked baggy on the website. The ones i got was almost skinny jeans.

The quality of the products is terrible, and they don't allow returns, refunds or exchanges.
Worst company. Paid £80 for a jacket and it never arrived and theyre refusing to give me a refund and are trying to get me to stop asking by telling me they have sent me a discount code which they havent and when i emailed back saying i wanted a refund and not a discount they have ignored me completely. Terrible company

Ordered 2 jackets from this site in October which still haven't arrived. It's taken so long that I've bought an alternative and asking for a refund.
After weeks of debating about why I should get a refund for items I don't have. They then agreed but didn't follow up with the refund and now they are ignoring my emails and refusing to deal with the situation.
So now I'm down £200+ with nothing to show. And I needed that around Christmas too. Currently going through a chargeback method but even that takes ages to deal with it's shocking a company like this exists.
The sizing information on their website is inaccurate. I received trousers that did not match the size specifications as advertised. Despite the issue, the company declined to facilitate an exchange, citing it as per their policy. From research, I believe they are the same as or Previously known as OH2x, this company seems to have undergone a rebranding, possibly to conceal its unfavorable reputation. I strongly recommend checking their Trustpilot reviews (OH2x), which provide valuable insights into the company. It's noteworthy that the so-called "Customer" reviews appear to be entirely fabricated. Avoid using this company, and I plan to report my experience to the ACCC. In addition, the quality of the material is poor.
Don’t listen to the other review. For me personally I receive all of my packages. I shop here all the time and nothing ever goes wrong. Cheap shipping good quality clothes.
Don't purchase from this company.
I only received 1/5 items ordered. They shipped it in 2 seperate packages. However, the package did not have my address on it for delivery - it was just my email and country of location. My local post office had to call me to confirm my address.
When asked about the other package, they said it was delivered and to contact my post office. The post office said that since there was no address on it so they had to send it back to the sender.
I told the company it was sent back and they asked for confirmation from the post office. I provided them the email from the post office and their response was that they tried to contact me to confirm delivery address and 'discarded' the package. They never called me to confirm my address, but I did confirm with them previously when i asked them about the missing package.
I don't get why they couldn't just send the package back if they received it when it was their fault for not including my address on the package?
Overall just lost $300 from this, not recommended.
