OH Parsons LLP and Simon Matthews, in particular, acted for my husband in an Asbestosis Compensation claim against several previous employers dating back over 60 years ago. My husbands memory issues didn't make this an easy task in tracing culpable insurance companies etc., and it was slow going at first. However, Simon Matthews completed the task which took about three years but achieved a pleasing result in compensation which is much appreciated in our old age. Simon liaised and kept us updated throughout and we would definitely recommend him to others. Thank you Simon.

Empathetic but professional, robust advice

OH Parsons LLP provided decent service during my legal case. While their staff, like Niamh O'Brady, Nazia Malik, Manuela De Castro, and Manvir Bahia, were supportive and knowledgeable, the overall process was lengthy and sometimes overbearing. They communicated well and showed dedication; however, the long duration and complexity of the case left me feeling a bit worn out. I would cautiously recommend them as they do strive to offer supportive legal representation.

Fast and proffesional service

My case took almost 5 years to complete and had different 4 different solicitors who handled it but when Sarah Mohamed took over my case, she kept me informed, constantly communicating with me through emails and phone calls. Totally useless. I wish I could get a refund on the time I spent writing up an email explaining the data breach I'm experiencing and sending it to them. OH Parsons never even had the basic decency to reply to my email. Why have your email address on your website if you're not going to respond to emails?
I realise law firms can get busy at times, and I realise you're not able to take on all cases. So here's what you do: Take this stock text and take two seconds to paste it into an email reply --
'Dear ..., We're sorry to hear about your experience. However, we are unable to take on your case. We wish you well, OH Parsons.'
Turns out being a decent human being isn't all that time-consuming, is it now?
