Would like to give zero stars. When eventually arrived the product was damaged. Impossible to contact to arrange replacement - no phone numbers and emails bounce back. Fortunately it was a low value item so I can absorb the cost.

This company is a joke. False tracking number. Emails bounce back and no item delivered. Fuming at myself . The 1st I have ordered off a Facebook advert and my last. Scam!!!¡Scam!!!!!! Scam!!!!!!!!! It says tick box and we will send your review 🤣 well it will just bounce back like all their mails do

Would give no star rating if I could. Ordered fidget ring 16.11.2024. Now 1st December no ring, no update, tracking doesn't work, email bounces back. Do not use people ....well can't believe it, the ring has arrived today. All I would like to say to this company is .....keep people updated when package is expected and look into the tracking that does not work.

This is a scam company . I ordered two perfume atomisers, which were advertised on Instagram.They arrived today and are totally useless. Sent them an email to complain and it bounced back.Avoid!!

Unable to contact company to report non delivery so really money has gone complete scam. Have reported to Facebook to get it removed. Do not order from this company

Ordered some gloves from this outfit. After less than 2 weeks, the 'double-stitched' seam came apart. Tried to contact them using their support email, and via their online contact form. Emails returned as uncontactable, and no response to the online form. Now sent six emails with same result. No 'customer service', so avoid...

Company clearly states that all items are priced in pounds sterling but when I purchased an item with UK Credit Card there was an extra non sterling transaction fee as item was priced in dollars.
Additionally the items can be priced for a fraction of the cost from Amazon!

Sells knock off products. I bought a 2024 calendar which did turn up but was clearly a cheap reprint of images stolen from another website. One of the months had the same image as the cover page, including all the "2024 calendar" title text etc covering the image. Awful quality and very late delivery

Useless cheap product. What turned up looks nothing like that advertised. Similar plastic to Christmas Cracker Toys. Don't bother!!!

I ordered some perfume atomizers last Wednesday - delivery should have been Saturday, it's now Tuesday and they are still not received... tracking number is either not recognized or keeps saying in Transit.... !!! Absolutely disgusted with this service.... they were Christmas presents, but doesn't look I will get them in time or ever.... Facebook have removed them now... why not vetted properly? Never again will I fall for a Facebook advertisement!! Thanks for nothing!!!!!

I bought sticky tape that they advertised as strong, reusable, washable etc... when the item arrived, it was the thinnest tape with no strong stickiness, definitely not reusable or washable, in fact it was not usable...
Do not buy anything from these people..... complete scammers... spread the word

Bought the phone holders which don’t actually hold a phone ! All the packages were damaged and dirty ! No help whatsoever with returning or refund! If I could give zero star I would have !

I ordered 7 items (3 of the same product). One item was incorrect, the personalisation was wrong and another item was not worth the expense. 2 weeks and 3 emails later, I am still to receive a response regarding arranging the return!

Scam company. I received a tracking number but didn’t work. Tried contacting company by email but bounced back. Looked on Trustpilot and saw all the bad reviews. Thank god I ordered through PayPal so managed to get a refund.
In future before ordering anything especially an ad on Facebook - check Trustpilot reviews and order through PayPal so you can get your money back if product doesn’t arrive or is not the same as advertised.
