Becca at Broadway … excellent customer service!
Becca at Broadway has been extremely helpful.
She supported me with a return from
an online purchase and also held an item for me which was no longer available online but there was one in store. She made notes from my initial enquiry making it really easy to complete my purchase when I called in to collect.
It’s not that often you find such great customer service these days!

The team at the Broadway store were fantastic, everyone was friendly and super polite especially Paul. Who went above and beyond running up numerous flights of stairs to get an item we had seen. He was very attentive, professional and informative, we will definitely be visiting again

Delivering what they promise
We bought a dining table and 4 chairs from Oka Broadway and wanted to leave a great review for Sarah who helped us there. Following some mistaken price labelling on the chairs, Sarah undertook to resolve the problem and got back to us exactly as she had promised to do.
