Absolutely the worst company ive had my misfortune to deal with! I ordered the beauty box months ago. After having to resort to chasing my order they eventually sent it out but the delivery date was when i was going abroad so i updated my order to be delivered to my next door neighbour. I have the proof for this which i sent to OK! The courier ignored this and never sent it to my neighbour but it was left outside and upon my return 10 days later the package was gone! I have dent countless emails to OK but i only get an Ai response that a “human” will look into this! Well there cant be any “humans” that actually work at this place as no-one has had the decency to get back to me!!! They take your money nut if there is a problem due to their couriers they ignore you!!! Do NOT bother buying from these sharks with their zero customer service dept and no telephone number either to chase. I will be resorting to legal action against them!!!! Including costs!!

I was redirected from a Facebook ad for the advent calendar. A pop up box indicated that if I registered for emails I would get a discount on the calendar. I registered and got the discount code but at checkout the code is invalid on the item? Very underhand way of doing business. This was my first impression of this organisation - safe to say I would avoid in future.

Dreadful customer service I bought two calendars at nearly £200 these were lost by Evri and despite daily attempts to get two more sent out I am fobbed off and ignored . Next step a letter before action as this is terrible service given one was a gift for a friend as well .

I genuinely cannot believe how appallingly I have been treated by OK Beauty Box.

I purchased three beauty boxes for £300, containing products with a retail value of approximately £600. Weeks later, I still have NOTHING to show for my money.

My original order was delayed by Evri, resulting in endless emails, complaints and frustration. After repeatedly chasing OK Beauty Box, they finally arranged replacements.

Unbelievably, despite knowing the problems I’d already experienced, they decided to use EVRI AGAIN!

And what has happened? THE REPLACEMENT PARCELS HAVE BEEN DELAYED AGAIN!

You honestly couldn’t make it up.

I have spent an unacceptable amount of my own time chasing a company that has taken £300 of my money but has failed to ensure I receive the goods I purchased.

The customer service has been utterly inadequate. I have been passed from pillar to post, with no satisfactory resolution.

I have now been forced to involve my credit card company to dispute the transaction because I have completely lost confidence in OK Beauty Box’s ability to fulfil my order.

£300 taken. No beauty boxes delivered. Weeks of wasted time. Two failed delivery attempts. Absolutely unacceptable.

I would strongly advise potential customers to think very carefully before ordering.

OK Beauty Box, this is not how you treat paying customers. Your handling of this entire situation has been nothing short of disgraceful.

I am very concerned as I have been charged for the advent calendar but looking at the status it hasn’t even been dispatched yet? How long does does this take to arrive? Normally companies charge when products are dispatched.

Disappointing experience with the Hannah Martin Advent Calendar

I purchased the OK! Beauty Box Christmas 2026 Advent Calendar, in collaboration with Hannah Martin, for £89 as a Christmas gift for my daughter. Unfortunately, the Dewy Lip Gloss Balm, worth £25 when purchased separately, was missing from the calendar.

I contacted customer services several times, hoping for a reasonable solution. Instead, I was offered either £5 cash or £10 store credit. The store credit is of little practical use, as the available products are considerably more expensive and I would also have to pay postage.

After days of going back and forth, I was then asked to return the entire calendar at my own expense, despite the fact that it arrived incomplete. None of the products have been used.

I understand that mistakes can happen, but it is the way this complaint has been handled that has really disappointed me. I have spent far too much time trying to resolve what should have been a straightforward issue.

For an £89 advent calendar purchased as a gift for my daughter, I expected better customer service and a more reasonable solution. Being directed back to customer services after raising the issue on Instagram has only added to my frustration.

Sadly, this experience has taken the enjoyment out of what should have been a lovely Christmas purchase for my daughter. I hope the company reconsiders how it handles missing items and customer complaints.

I purchase an advent calendar every year and have never experienced anything like this before. I was particularly disappointed as this was a special purchase for my daughter, and I expected a much better experience.

I was send 2 resin GUA SHA tools in 2 ok beauty boxes. The actual GUA SHA packaging stated they were Smokey Quartz. Iv complained to Ok Beauty Box 11 times now and pointed out the items are against The Consumer Rights 2015 and I requested they send me post paid returns envelope and I am sent items to the value of £16 x 2 as they advertised that they are both worth £16 and yet again I have been ignored. How can a big company ignore my rights when The Consumer Rights Act 2015 is on my side. This is a terrible company who ignore the problems and all they said was they will try not to make the same mistake again but this doesn’t help me as I have consumer rights which they are ignoring and not rectifying the problem with me. Let’s see what excuse they make when it if they bother to reply to this review. Iv put a date on but this complaint has been going on for ages.

My reply to Ok beauty Box to their reply is this.
My money was paid to you so my contract is with you NOT the company you brought these items from so you legally have to adhere to The Consumer Rights Act 2015 and refund me now or replace the items NOT make me wait till you deal with the company who sold them to you.

Absolutely love my subscription every month & have brought all the other boxes & the surprise boxes you can also add on when paying 🙂 Currently waiting on my advent calendar that says it is still being processed at your end & hasent been sent for delivery yet which is quite concerning as paid for it at the end of last week & id usually have received my orders by now. I paid my monthly subscription 3 days after I had paid for my calendar & mystery gift & it is due tomorrow yet calendar hasent even left you yet so hoping someone will respond to this & enlighten me on whats going on with this?! Other than that AMAZING service & AMAZING products. Very happy customer so far

Ive had the beauty box for over a year and have been completely satisfied with all the products
My granddaughter has the items I don’t want/need we both look forward to receiving the box
Also I had to contact customer services recently and they were so helpful . I would definitely recommend , such great value

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. IT IS A SCAM! I logged into my account to cancel my subscription as I had started a subscription and didn't like my first box. In the account section it said clearly I didn't have an active subscription. A few weeks later I was charged for a second box. I contacted customer service and spoke to a helpful ai bot that apologised for the confusion and promised to sort it out. Unfortunately once it was passed to a human the customer service ended. I have been told my account with OK Beauty box was with an email with a different email domain. I have assured them I don't have an email with that email domain. Since all emails from them have been my actual email they know that. I have asked to return the box. I have been told I will need to pay return postage. I don't understand why I should pay postage to return something I didn't order! Since I pointed out that they were making it up about the email they have stopped responding! Scam company.

Despite the response from the company below they still didn't respond to my emails....they are obviously more interested in trying to save face publicly than actually sorting out any issues. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Disappointed that at checkout I was given a limited time offer but due to technical problems they couldn't process it, then when I tried to contact them about it they didn't even bother responding. I pre ordered the beauty advent calendar so haven't got it yet, but they emailed asking me to review my purchase anyway.

EDIT - I emailed them as requested in their reply but they have completely missed the point of my issue, they haven't responded to my email yet but have sent my advent calendar early for whatever reason. Still no acknowledgement of the fact I tried to purchase an additional mystery box at the same time, but was unable to due to technical issues, and then when I emailed them about had no response.
