We appreciate all feedback — even when it leaves us scratching our heads.
To clarify for future readers: this customer visited our website, manually entered their credit card information, reviewed their total, and then clicked a large, clearly labeled red button that says “Complete Order.” Immediately after doing so, their card was charged — exactly as expected and disclosed throughout the checkout process.
They then contacted us less than an hour later, surprised that their card had been charged after... placing an order. Despite the confusion, we responded promptly and refunded 100% of their payment immediately — no questions asked.
We understand that online purchases can sometimes be confusing, but calling this a “scame” because it worked exactly as designed (and as 1,000s of other customers have successfully used without issue) is… a bold interpretation.
If there's ever a case where you click “Complete Order” after entering payment details and still expect not to be charged, we’d genuinely be curious to hear the logic.
We’re always happy to help if something isn’t clear — but we do ask for a basic level of honesty and accountability in return.
