Constant Contact breach
After receiving a phone solicitation I decided to try Constant Contact to help me market my forthcoming book. I accepted the free trial but the salesman requested a payment for $37. which I agreed to. On the following Monday, I requested a refund. The individual in Billing promised a refund and said that I could still use my free trial. After waiting a week, I called to follow up on my refund. At that time I was told that I wouldn't get a refund because I hadn't uploaded my contacts. How sketchy is that? I expected far more in a sense of integrity from one of the top ten firms in the email marketing field.
