At first the website didn't accept my credit cards, so I wrote the company. They responded promptly and was very helpful. A few hours later they send the bag, which I received two days later. An excellent service, and I highly recommend you to buy there.

I purchased a briefcase approximately a year ago while on vacation in Italy. The handles started to crack and I emailed the Company. Mario immediately responded and sent me replacement parts for my bag. The measure of any great company is the level of service they provide. Great customer service - I received excellent and fast support with a replacement part for my 7-year old briefcase.

I bought a travel bag in 2017 from old angler in Italy. During my travel in the world, I lost some cursors. In 2023, I contact Old Angler if they can deliver some cursors to replace the lost ones. They did it ! This company has an amazing customer service, and they deliver me the missing cursors. It very rare to have this kind of company, with a real customer care, with hand made product.
