I was expecting some great polish and I was so disappointed. When I got the polish I immediately sat down to watch the video to see what i needed to do differently to get my nails looking good. Then the next day there were all chipped. But it’s my fault I should have researched it better. Will never buy this brand again.

I have never used their products. I was attempting to purchase items from their website. They do not ship to my location so I was attempting to cancel the order. Their website kept bringing me back to the 'Pay" page and literally did not have an option to close out the tab. I had declined their cookies each time, yet the website somehow pinned itself to my chrome browser stuck on the "Pay" page and I could not figure out how to get rid of it. The invasiveness of the website seems very ... WRONG! I will not go their website again.

The worst polish I have ever used. I was looking for a specific color, very happy thayvI found it through thrm. When I polished my nails they were very Streaky and on even. The polish was very thin and runny. Upon contacting customer service , I was told I needed to make a video of my nails and prove that it was uneven streaking And think. I told them I did not have time to do this.
I was then told that perhaps I should sign up for a 1 Tutorial on how to polish my nails.
I have been polishing my nails since I was 15 years old.I am now sixty two I do not need a tutorial on how to polish nails.
I was never offered any other choice as to a refund or a replacemen
And even if I was, I would not accept it.In my opinion , I will never buy anything from this company agai

Unbelievable wait time between ordering and even expecting to receive the order. Wish I’d never would’ve ordered.

This was my worst experience with glue on nails. In 36 hours I had to basically replace every nail. On day 3 I had about half left on and ripped off the rest. My nails are now shredded.

The Mini Mani Set is the cutest idea for a stocking stuffer! I've been a huge fan of O&J for a while, and now that they have Pressies for younger kids, my daughter is equally as obsessed!

I love Olive&June! I’ve ordered online and from retail stores and have been so happy to use this brand. Their customer service is so helpful which makes the whole experience great. My nails have never looked better. All of the products, not just polish, are worth trying.

I have not ordered from this company since 2021 yet they fraudulently charged my card for a membership today. I say fraudulently because I didn't request or authorize this membership! It's not like I forgot to cancel a subscription I no longer want; I've never had one! Apparently they're charging people's cards and hoping they don't notice. They say they will refund the purchase, but I just can't get over the fact that they had the audacity to do this. Would never trust them again.

Hope that your order/products don’t require customer service. If they do, you won’t hear back for a while and when you do, zero willingness to help. No more O&J in this house of 5 gals.

I have a very specific complaint- tried a lavender French tip with raised 3D design for Easter, could not wait to rip them off, they lasted less than a week and didn’t make it to Easter. Why? I could talk about the fit and shape of the nail (too curved from wall to wall, too inconsistent in length from size to size, not tapered at cuticle for natural look, I could go on), but the real reason this set made me want to pull my hair out was the TONE OF THE NUDE SHADE. If someone from Olive & June is reading this, I am BEGGING you to pick a more flattering nude. The nude is NOT going to be applied to a white backdrop, it is applied to a person, and that is a different artistic medium to consider. Olive & June’s nude base comes off grey against the skin, it looks like your hands belong to a cadaver. Please, consider tone of colors. The style was so cute in the box and infuriatingly unflattering on.

I was so excited about this kit and the nail polish and it is so beyond subpar. I can’t even describe to you, the first go around. I took everything off and thought oh I’m gonna do it again and this time it will be better completely followed all of the directions and this nail polish is so subpar there aren’t even any words, I feel like I’ve been scammed, but I probably was and I’m sorry if other people don’t realize this before they buy it

Tried to cancel order the day after I placed it. Was told no, I could return when Recieved. 14 days later, tracking states product is still in shipping with no delivery date.
Is this a scam?

I love getting my nail polish from here! Easy to shop online and great colors! The founder is super fun to follow on IG too to get nail inspo from!

Made a purchase of 5 of their products, they took my money, and 2.5 weeks later still no product nor tracking. I wrote them 3 times asking to at least send part of the order of items that were in stock and eventually told them to refund me. They DON'T respond to emails nor do they provide you with an update of where your order is at. Now I guess I need to fight to get my money back!

Great easy to use products and wonderful, proactive, customer service. My nails always look fabulous!

I had such hope for the olive and June quick dry nail polish... But sadly, it's horrible! Their regular, long lasting polish goes on and dries faster than the so called "quick dry" polish. Their dry drops are not worth the $10 per bottle price either. I'm so disappointed! Can't anyone come up with a worthy a real alternative to gel polish?!!!

I had ordered their travel mani set, all of which arrived as expected. However, the first time I used the cuticle serum, the container broke. When I contacted customer service they sent a replacement right away - prompt and helpful! Really a model of good customer service

Could you really get a better manicure doing it at home with Olive and June products? My answer is definitely yes! I got the manicure kit with one polish. Fun shopping experience, package came fast, DIY videos were really detailed, and my fingertips look awesome.
