Olive and Pickle Bewertungen 

We used Olive & Pickle for a team event and the feedback on the food was so great that we decided to use them for a client event.

We placed nearly £400 worth of food for a lunchtime order, and the only way that we could guarantee that it would arrive on time was to pay a £60 additional delivery fee for delivery between a 9am and 11am window (this in itself was frustrating, but we sucked it up). Imagine my surprise at just after 7.30am when I get a phone call saying that delivery was being attempted at my office. When I told the delivery person that it was a 9am - 11am delivery slot (which we had chosen for a number of reasons), I was told that 'her boss' said it was to be left at the location. Bear in mind this was in the middle of the heatwave!

Luckily another company was kind enough to take this order in and refrigerate it. However, since I twice contacted Olive & Pickle nearly two weeks ago to request a refund on that delivery charge, I have been ignored. Not even an apology.

Olive & Pickle have been amazing to work this, they offer great curated menus for different occasions! We always go back to O&P for their consistency and we have recommended to many of our partners that have also used & loved their catering!
