Shady practices bordering on fraudulent.
Signed up for web design and hosting including email on a 2year deal. The mail box stopped working after a few weeks. Apparently this was down to the storage limit, which they rectified for the "bargain" price of £249, again for a 2 year deal.
1 year on from the initial set up and the hosting has expired along with access to the mail box that was upgraded and should still be live for another 18 months. They offered to resolve it with unlimited storage for life, this time for an additional £500. So they're expecting to be paid three times for something to work properly, despite still being in a service agreement with them that has already been paid for.
Use a reputable firm. This isn't what you would call a reputable firm.

this company is a SCAM they will take your money and give you the run around and claim they keep selling the company to a new owner to avoid having to finish your project! DO NOT USE

I am so mad right now. I wish I had found these reviews before I had them create a logo for my business. I have been trying to get them to release my logo for weeks and I finally spoke with them a few minutes ago and they laid this mandatory registration with the state before they can release it.

Produced a good logo for me, however, did not inform me of the copyright fee at the very end. after i told them i was not interested, they claim it was mandatory to purchase otherwise others can copy and you cannot take legal action against them. Normal consumers that just need a simple logo do not need such legal backing.

After declining, they told me they would send the files in 24 hours and would not call again regarding the copyright. I then received a call the next day claiming they were the legal department with claims it is mandatory to trademark it with the USTPO. after explaining again that i do not need it, they again continue with their copyright scam that you are required to purchase the copyright from the artist for an additional $300. I then declined again and told them to send the files.

I did receive all of what they said they would without their so-called copyright registration. Beware of the copyright nonsense they would give you at the very end. Also, they will try and sell you on their full "brand building" nonsense. Be careful out there!

I have started working with them in this month. I am closely working with Tyrone. To be honest I was suspicious that this company could be a SCAM. But the Logo that they Designed for me was beyond my expectation. I got the same reaction from my friends who saw the Logo Design. Step by step, I added new order like Business Cards, Social Media Banners and Stationery Design. All went well like before. Now they are working on my company's website. They shown me the preliminary design of the website. It looks great. This all happened with in two weeks. More than any thing they never stop suggesting any idea that they believe it is helpful to the business company. I got also customer-centric services. This is my experience with the company till this moment. I will add more comments when they complete my project.

Want top pay over $2000 for some simple logo!?!?! Go to Olive. This has been a horrible, horrible expierience. STAY AWAY.

Worst experience I have ever had with a design company. They did a good job on my first logo - then I hired them for a Brochure and what a mistake!!! Tyrone was rude and absolutely the village bone head when it came to following any directions for changes that needed to be made. Misspelled words all over the pages - I was told it was my responsibility to check their work. I did not breast feed him as a baby so I am not baby sitting his work. He clearly does not care for what he does or the company he represents. Trained monkeys could have done a better job. RUN!

Three words - RUN! RUN! RUN! too disappointed to write now, but as soon as I can collect my thoughts, and be somewhat decent about my opinion I will return and post my entire review. In the meantime if you decide to use this company don’t say you weren’t warned.

Very deceitful! The customer service is very responsive but doing business with them is like swimming in muddy water. I could never get a clear understanding of anything. I asked for a logo design and ended up buying the Olive Silver package. Which was $69. After I selected a logo they tried to charge me $350 to copyright my logo. After I refused they then said they would "throw in" a complimentary web design if I paid for the copyright. I did need a website so I went for it. During the website development I asked about taking the site live they were trying charge me an absurd amount for hosting. At which point I asked them to deliver me the zip files for my site thus far and I would do everything else myself. (They use word press to make the sites which means you can DO IT YOURSELF) Then they tried to trick me into giving them the credentials for my domain so they could then still have control of my site. I refused and they agreed to send me the zip file free of any additional charges. On the day I was suppose to receive my zip files they tried to charge me $117 because it takes "18 hours" to convert all the site info into a zip file. Obviously that is not true. I have given up on getting the site from them and have basically been burned for $350. It has been 3 months I still haven't received my copyright certificate. DO NOT SPEND A SINGLE DOLLAR WITH THEM.

I'm adding a star b/c 1) the design was generally good, and 2) customer service was generally responsive.

However, I generally find their approach distasteful. I gave them my budget for them to design my Family crest for my Family reunion. They gave me 2 logos - one w/ color and one without, neither of which versatile enough to be used b/c it had a colored background (something I never requested), then tried to upcharge me to get a clear background logo (which should be standard with the package), Also tried to sell me $300 "copyright services" at the end of the process; when I objected to these extra charges I was told (by the legal team; not even the account mgr) I could only get 1 logo (despite paying for 2) and that logo will have the clear background.

Very, very dishonest approach with customer. I have used other logo designers in the past and the clear background is standard, I would stay away if you can find another service for your needs.

From the moment I visited the website to look at their logos, Mark Devault was quick to help and through and worked to offer us everything we were looking for. I decided to work with the OliveLogo group and Allen Smith was our project manager and he worked very closely with us to make sure we got everything we wanted as soon as possible. He definitely worked around all of our needs to make sure it worked for us. They were our right-hand man in getting the job done, it was like having a personal assistant do all the work after you explained the vision.

I used Olive Logo to design a logo for my Twitch Channel and it was designed to what I desired after giving the design team some photos to reference. I will be coming back to Olive for my future logo designs whenever I decide to upgrade my logo and make it 3D.

I really love doing business with this company. They are really professional and cater to you concerns and needs. That you for all that you've done for me. God bless...

Months after my logo files had been turned over, I receive a call asking if I’m using my logo. I reply yes, although I haven’t implemented it in anything yet. I’m then told that I need to purchase copyright protection from them. I was initially sold with “100% ownership rights” as stated on their website but apparently that’s just in case I wanted to “modify the files”. I said I won’t be using the logo then since I paid $70 for the design and the copyright was $250. I was met with if we do see the logo out there, we will be suing. The sales rep claimed to be an attorney and "affiliated" with the USPTO. He kept quoting "The Copyright Act of 1976" (none of the context, just the title) although he kept saying 1975. If I paid for a service to have a logo designed, why would I have to then buy the copyrights from the designer? A week later, the same sales rep(distinctive accent) called me from an unknown number claiming to be from the USPTO asking for my registration number for the logo. He then said if you don't have a registration number, you must "stop using the logo" and when I told him I was still going to use it he mumbled a few things and abruptly hung up. It was comical but mostly sad and pathetic. This company is a joke and a scam.

Do what you want but expect a bunch of BS upon receiving your service(if you do).

Great! Took a bit long for the website to be built and the project to be completed. But the end result was good/.

Olive helped me design new mascot logos for our local elementary school. Ben and Allen were great. They took the time to help with all of my questions and concerns.
