Geen ster voor deze verkoop site!!!!! Ik heb heeeel lang moeten wachten op mn bestelling. Het leek in de verste verte niet op wat ik had besteld. En ik moet nu nog mn geld terugkrijgen. Daar kan ik dus wel naar fluiten. NOOIT kopen hier!!!!!!!!

I ordered a set it arrived almost 2 months later & was incorrect, not even close to what I ordered. I complained but they acted dumb saying it’s what I ordered after back and fourth emails complaining they offered a 5% refund but wouldn’t fix my order. Just wanted a full refund but never got it. It’s a scam stay away!!

Leaving this review on behalf of my elderly pensioner neighbour who ordered goods that never arrived. She never received an order confirmation which was probably deliberate as customers can’t raise a dispute with their bank without one. 10 weeks later and a few time wasting emails back from them (‘this has been handed over to relevant department’ etc etc) designed to do nothing but waste time and placate people who have lost their hard earned money to this shit show of a company. They turned down a polite request from me to resolve this of their own accord so have logged a dispute to get money back and will do all I can to prevent others falling victim to their deceitful and delusional marketing campaign.

I ordered 2 items. Nearly 2 months later one arrives and it is completely different from what I ordered- no labels on product as well. Company refuses to refund my money unless I pay for shipping, they still haven't shipped the 2nd item. Stay away from this company they are a scam.

They are a scam. I ordered a coat last November for Christmas. I got an email saying it was out of stock. They could send me a different one of their choosing or a discount card. I emailed back i didn't like the coat they were offering. That i wanted a refund of my money. They informed me they don't give refunds. I told them on their website clearly states they give refunds if not satisfied. They stated they can't give refunds. So I said ok email me the discount code. They did and guess what, it didnt work. I have emailed them multiple times and they say they have sent it to a different department. Then I ordered another coat and a pair of pants. They took my money and I still haven't got my order or heard anything about my first order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE THEIVES AND SCAMMERS !

i fell for this complete scam as well - got an entirely different item, most likely an used one as it had no label and of course no refund. i’ve reported it as misleading to pinterest, hopefully they’ll block them to avoid even more people from being scammed

Ordered an item from this company,was sent a shipping confirmation to say order had been shipped. I waited and waited the order did not arrive. I then received an email to say the item i ordered was out of stock. I was given the option to choose something else with a discount. I didn't want anything else as i needed the item for a function which had now past so i asked for my money back. They have very clearly told me I won't be getting my money back despite their money back guarantee! I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE! YOU WILL BE WASTING YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY! They are very polite in the way they respond to messages, DO NOT BE FOOLED!

Avoid, placed order & money taken. Was told item no longer available. Refused to refund my money. Only option was item of similar value or credit note which is no use to me. Continues to refuse to refund my order, even though they cannot fulfill it!!!!!

Sono 7 giorni che ho acquistato un vestito e al momento non riesco a rintracciare l'ordine. Ho provato a scrivere alla mail indicata sul loro sito ma torna indietro. Potete gentilmente indicarmi una mail che ha funzionato per voi?

I ordered a jacket online from this company, it took more than a month to arrive because its from China and then they send a shitty hoodie instead that had nothing to do with what I ordered. They are trying to say that is the item. Its such a bad scam. There should be laws agains these kind of scam stores.

If I could score this company a 0 I would . Ordered a maxi knitted dress at £57.00 and was sent a grey top of appalling quality .It was scrunched up in a very small packet. Was told they had delivered a garment of the same /similar type that I had ordered . I believe the responses were AI as they did not respond to any of the points I made including photographs of what I ordered and what was delivered . Their money back guarantee is not worth anything .Returns go back to China and the cost is more than the value of the unwanted item they substituted.

They don't deserve 1* what i ordered ( jeans)is not what I got!!!!,the picture was a lovely pair of jeans,what I got was nothing like the pic,completely different to the pic,& I have to pay for them to be sent back!!!!!! Its there fault I have to send back ( they are awful!!),it's going to cost me £12:90 to send back,it's a rip off,do not buy from them,they are a shame company, they are selling a photo NOT a product
